The episode begins with Dhruv warning Vishwas that if he comes home intoxicated and misbehaves with his wife, Dhruv can fire him from the hospital.
Dhruv later tells Vishwas that someone needs to take steps to bring money into the hospital. He explains that this is why he is organising the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.
After making another comment about Vishwas, Dhruv leaves.
Vishwas then tells Aarambhi that she must have enjoyed watching Dhruv humiliate him.
He asks Aarambhi that if she hates him so much, why does she not simply divorce him.
Vishwas reminds her that he has already given her the divorce papers and says she could have signed them.
Aarambhi recalls the painful moment when she learned about Vishwas’s betrayal.
Deep inside, Aarambhi makes it clear that she is staying only because she wants Vihaan’s custody.
When Vishwas asks her for an answer, Aarambhi refuses to respond.
Meanwhile, Suneel asks Aarambhi whether everything is going well with the Ganesh celebrations.
Aarambhi assures him that everything is fine and leaves.
Suneel then asks Vishwas to make sure the celebrations go smoothly. He says that everyone needs to believe that the Tandons are once again a happy and united family.
Suneel asks Vishwas to buy new sarees and jewellery for Aarambhi before leaving.
Later, Vishwas meets Mona and asks her about Avantika.
Mona tells him that Avantika has decided to take a break from the Tandon family drama.
She says Avantika is hurt because Vishwas failed to take a stand when he needed to.
Vishwas recalls the situation.
He admits that he wants to be with Avantika, but because of everything that has happened, he now has to pretend to be part of a happy family with Aarambhi during the Ganesh celebrations.
Mona comments on the situation, and Vishwas eventually leaves.
Mona then goes to meet Avantika and discusses the upcoming Ganesh celebrations at the Tandon house and Vishwas’s role in them.
Meanwhile, Raj and Vihaan help Aarambhi with the decorations for the Ganesh celebrations.
Avantika reveals that she is planning to create a major shock during the Tandon family’s celebration.
Mona asks her what she means.
Avantika explains that she will reveal in front of the entire Tandon family and all the guests that Vishwas is Saniya’s father.
Mona asks whether she is absolutely sure.
Avantika says that she wants to get what is rightfully hers. She adds that if Vishwas refuses to take a stand, she will take matters into her own hands.
Mona agrees with her.
Elsewhere, Aarambhi talks to Vihaan about Ganesh Chaturthi and explains its importance.
Dhruv, meanwhile, tells Kunika that he is going to execute his plan against the Tandon family during the Ganesh celebrations.
He assures Kunika that Aarambhi will not be blamed for what happens.
Dhruv reveals that he has swapped Aarambhi’s list with his own list of decoration items.
He confidently says that now no one can save the Tandons.
Vihaan then asks Aarambhi about the birth story of Lord Ganesh.
Aarambhi tells him about Lord Ganesh and explains how he received his powers with the blessings of Lord Shiva.
Later, Raj sees Manmeet passing by.
He tells her that they are preparing to welcome Ganesh Chaturthi and asks her to pray to Lord Ganesh.
Manmeet then leaves.
Aarambhi asks Soundarya to take care of things because she needs to go to the hospital.
Dimple questions who will handle all the work if Aarambhi leaves.
Suneel tells Dimple that she will have to take care of it.
He explains that he himself asked Aarambhi to go to the hospital because Kunika’s friend is coming there and has specifically requested Aarambhi.
Dimple then asks Vishwas whether he heard what Suneel said.
Vishwas says yes and adds that Aarambhi will decide what happens in the house.
Suneel tells Vishwas that he needs to make himself capable enough to take decisions.
He then leaves.
Meanwhile, Dhruv shows everything to Kunika during a video call.
He explains that Aarambhi must leave the house for his plan to succeed and thanks Kunika for making it possible.
Kunika says that if anything goes wrong now, the blame will fall on Dimple.
Elsewhere, Dimple asks Aarambhi why she is doing all this.
Aarambhi asks her not to worry and says that she will speak to the decorators before leaving for the hospital.
Dimple agrees.
However, Dhruv becomes tense.
He realizes that he must somehow get Aarambhi out of the house before the decorators arrive.
Otherwise, his entire plan could be ruined.
