The episode begins with Shakuni teaching his nephew Duryodhan the intricate game of Chausar.
Shakuni explains that Chausar is not merely a game for entertainment. It can also teach important lessons about politics, strategy, manipulation and governance.
According to Shakuni, understanding the rules and tactics of Chausar will help Duryodhan outsmart his opponents. He believes this knowledge could eventually help Duryodhan defeat the Pandavas and strengthen his position in Hastinapur.
Duryodhan listens carefully as Shakuni explains the different strategies. He appears curious about something and is about to ask his uncle a question when Gandhari arrives.
Gandhari takes Duryodhan with her for the grand Mahabhoj.
Meanwhile, all the Pandavas prepare for the much-awaited Mahabhoj. Kunti is pleasantly surprised to see that her sons have learned how to groom themselves and take care of their needs without depending on anyone.
However, the Pandavas lovingly tell their mother that although they have learned many things at the Gurukul, they have never learned how to live without her.
They make it clear that they have no intention of learning such a lesson in the future either. Their affectionate words leave Kunti deeply touched.
During the Mahabhoj, all the boys happily enjoy the feast while their mothers remain attentive to them.
Kunti, in particular, keeps insisting that her sons eat more. She does not care about the strict discipline and dietary restrictions they have followed during their Gurukul training and wants them to enjoy the feast.
The gathering becomes a warm and emotional occasion as the royal family celebrates the progress made by the princes.
Meanwhile, Bidur arrives and informs everyone that Guru Dronacharya has sent the results of the princes’ examinations. He says that the results will soon reach Hastinapur.
The princes begin discussing their individual abilities and achievements. While everyone is busy celebrating their progress, Duryodhan secretly remains focused on another objective.
He wants to obtain the supernatural power associated with the Mudrika. Duryodhan believes that only his maternal uncle Shakuni can help him accomplish this mission.
However, with everyone gathered around him, Duryodhan finds it difficult to speak to Shakuni privately.
Meanwhile, Kunti and Gandhari are both delighted to hear about the progress their sons have made.
Later, the family visits the ailing Charumati. However, Charumati warns her not to reveal the truth, adding another layer of mystery to the ongoing events.
Elsewhere, Bheem’s spy birds are released. However, their rivals eventually discover the identity of their owner.
This revelation could create serious trouble for Bheem and his allies.
Duryodhan then approaches Gandhari and seeks her permission to leave Hastinapur. He wants to embark on a search for the powerful Mudrika.
The following morning, everyone eagerly waits to learn the outcome of the princes’ examinations at the Gurukul.
Bidur finally reads out the results. Although Duryodhan receives appreciation from Guru Dronacharya and proves his abilities, he fails to surpass Yudhishthir.
Once again, Yudhishthir is declared the sole winner of the title of Best Yuvraj.
The announcement leaves Duryodhan deeply disappointed, while Yudhishthir once again earns recognition for his performance.
