The episode begins with Ishani calling Nandini a fraud. Nandini demands proof of the accusation, and Shashwat steps forward, saying he is the proof. He accuses Nandini of betraying his trust, taking everything from him, and nearly costing him his life through her deceit. He vows not to let her win again. Nandini defends herself, saying she never forced him to sign any documents. She reminds him that she told him to read before signing, and since he didn’t, it’s his fault—not hers. She insists it was business, not betrayal.
Pihu then confronts Nandini, asking if she really thought a legal notice would scare them into leaving their home. She firmly declares that she was born in that house and will never leave it. Nandini coldly replies that, memories or not, Pihu must vacate the property because it now belongs to her. Ishani retorts that Nandini is foolish and warns her that she’ll soon end up in jail. She says, “We’ll meet in court.”
Nandini smirks and says she also has a lawyer, suggesting they settle the matter outside court. Ishani laughs at the idea, saying they will not withdraw the case. She points out that Nandini’s proposal proves she’s scared. Taunting her, Ishani tells her to start imagining life behind bars. Nandini scoffs, calling Ishani a fool for siding with the Senguptas and offers her a deal — to join hands with her in exchange for the house.

Nandini retorts that time will prove otherwise and warns Ishani that she’ll regret rejecting her offer. Ishani says she recorded Nandini’s confession to ensure justice and warns her never to mess with the Senguptas again.
Before being taken away, Nandini pleads with Shashwat, asking how he could do this to her. She begs him to stop the proceedings, saying her reputation and life will be ruined if she goes to jail. Shashwat tells her coldly that she deserves everything that’s happening and that she shouldn’t expect any sympathy from him. He advises her to seek help from Ishani instead.
