The episode begins with Shashwat emotionally asking Ishani to forgive him if she can. Ishani reassures him that she forgave him long ago. Shashwat admits that his health is fragile and he feels he doesn’t have many years left. Yet, he has an important responsibility — Pihu’s marriage. He requests Ishani to stay at his house until Pihu’s wedding. Although he knows he doesn’t have the right to force her, he sincerely asks her to remain for the sake of Pihu’s future.
Pihu hugs Shashwat, assuring him that nothing will happen to him. She then asks Ishani if it’s possible for her to stay. Ishani hesitates, fearing that Anurag might misunderstand her decision. Shashwat offers to talk to Anurag, but Ishani declines. Raj Didi encourages Ishani to stay for the family and instructs Pihu to call Siddarth’s family the next day. She also asks Ishani to communicate with Anurag.
Ishani agrees to stay until Pihu’s marriage, making Pihu happy. She hugs Ishani, and Shashwat thanks her. Ishani jokingly calls it emotional blackmail, while Shashwat reflects that earlier he wanted her to leave the house, but now he desires her presence. Though he no longer has the right to stop her, he thanks her sincerely for listening. Ishani then mentions that she must meet Anurag.
Later, Ishani meets Anurag in the cafeteria. Anurag asks why she wanted to talk, noticing her distant behavior. Ishani reminds him that they won the case and that Shashwat is recovering. Anurag apologizes for his previous rude behavior, explaining that he was overwhelmed by their marriage and couldn’t tolerate her going to Shashwat’s house. He invites her to talk at his home, but Ishani refuses, stating Shashwat’s condition is still critical.
Anurag insists that it’s not their problem, but Ishani explains Shashwat’s request for her to stay until Pihu’s wedding. She admits feeling guilty for leaving him alone. Anurag, realizing her concern, says he won’t interfere, acknowledging that any objection from him would be misunderstood. He admits it’s his mistake to expect her to leave Shashwat and encourages her to follow her heart.
Ishani assures him it’s only temporary. Anurag tells her to do what she feels is right while he will act according to his priorities. He adds that he will ask his mother to find a suitable match for him, as she wants him settled. Finally, he advises Ishani to reflect on her own feelings and ask herself if she truly loves him.
