The episode begins with Shashwat commenting that Pihu has become mature. Pihu replies that she has no other option and must take care of herself. Shashwat asks about Anurag and Ishani, and Pihu explains that Ishani is completing the discharge process. She adds that Ishani and Anurag have done so much for them. Shashwat advises Pihu never to let her ego take over, sharing that he himself faced betrayal due to his ego. He then asks if they can go home. Pihu tells him that Ishani suggested filing a case against Nandini so no one can evict them until the verdict is out. Shashwat admits he doesn’t know how to face Ishani, and Pihu advises him to apologize sincerely. She also reveals that Ishani has agreed to stay in their house, surprising Shashwat.
At the hospital, the receptionist informs Ishani that she must pay the bills before discharge. Ishani offers her bangles as security. The receptionist protests, saying this is a hospital, not a jewelry shop, but after consulting her senior, she accepts the bangles. Ishani signs the discharge papers and thanks the receptionist. Ishani introduces herself, and Pihu tells Siddarth that Ishani is her best friend.
