The episode begins with a glimmer of hope—Aniruddh notices Jhanak moving her finger and alerts the doctor. The doctor confirms the movement, while Parashar, watching from outside, is visibly relieved and joyful. He steps in but is soon asked by the doctor to wait outside with Aniruddh while Jhanak is examined.
Outside, Parashar tells Aniruddh that he believes Jhanak will recover soon and credits Aniruddh’s heartfelt prayers. Aniruddh stays close, saying he can’t leave because he wants to see her. Parashar acknowledges Aniruddh’s deep love for Jhanak, to which Aniruddh responds emotionally, comparing Jhanak to his soul—his very existence. He adds that he wouldn’t be able to survive if anything ever happened to her. Parashar assures him that true love like his can heal Jhanak.
Later, Aniruddh goes in to check on her. Jhanak, now conscious, says she’s fine and questions how he got there. He says Mimi informed him. But Jhanak, distancing herself, asks him to leave. Aniruddh refuses and apologizes for all the pain he caused. Jhanak reminds him she’s someone else’s wife now and he shouldn’t speak to her like that.
Still, Aniruddh insists she loves him and he plans to ask Parashar to let her go. He believes Parashar, being a good man, will understand. Jhanak tells him that’s not possible. When he directly asks if she loves Parashar, she remains silent. Aniruddh offers to take care of her, but she snaps, saying she’s not an object he can just take away.
At that moment, Parashar enters and drops a bombshell—he reveals that Jhanak is not his wife. Aniruddh is stunned. Parashar admits he faked the marriage only to protect Jhanak and Moon. He knows Jhanak loves Aniruddh and says he wants them to be together. He proposes they get married in the forest temple and promises to gather the villagers. Jhanak is shocked, but Parashar insists he only wants her happiness.
Meanwhile, a tense scene unfolds with Ishani. Abhijeet and Ambika visit her. Ambika scolds her, but Abhijeet defends Ishani, saying they pressured her into this situation. Ishani tearfully confesses she truly wanted to die. Abhijeet is heartbroken and asks why she didn’t consider his feelings. Ishani expresses the pain of being blamed for what someone else did, just because she’s a girl. She says her life is ruined and doesn’t want her siblings’ futures ruined too. Ambika tries to console her, saying this will all pass. Abhijeet offers to transfer her and help her continue her studies elsewhere, but Ishani begs him not to waste money on her. He urges her not to lose hope.
Elsewhere, Lalon hears Apu’s favorite song. Anjana and Bablu arrive, and the air turns emotional. Anjana says she feels Apu’s presence. Anuradha shares her concern that Lalon has stopped working and isn’t eating properly. Bablu encourages them to move on for Apu’s sake. They all break down in tears as Kajol brings Apu’s favorite flowers and places them near her photo.
Back at the hospital, Aniruddh tells Jhanak he’ll never leave her and declares that Arshi can move on with alimony. Jhanak, overwhelmed and emotionally drained, says she has nothing left to say and goes along with the plan. Parashar tells her she will be discharged tomorrow. Aniruddh expresses his wish to take her home and vows to stay by her side, no matter what it takes.
