The episode begins with Dadabhai asking Aditi about Jhanak’s condition. Aditi explains that Rishi admitted Jhanak to the hospital after she met with an accident. She then says she is going home. Seeing her upset, Abhimanyu asks why she is crying. Aditi replies that Rishi stayed with Jhanak but didn’t inform her sooner. Payal suggests they should all go to the hospital. Abhimanyu worries it might be a serious accident, as the people of Simulboni will turn against them if anything happens to Jhanak.
Aditi again insists she is going home. Putul questions whether she won’t stand by Rishi in such a difficult time. Aditi says Jhanak has already caused her many problems, which she cannot ignore, and walks away. Dadabhai prepares to leave for the hospital, but Abhimanyu and Putul advise him to rest.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh tells Arshi that Rishi is intelligent and won’t fall into any trap. Arshi retorts that even he was once intelligent, yet still fell into Jhanak’s trap. Aniruddh argues that he hasn’t spoken about Jhanak all these years. Arshi then questions why he dropped Phool at the bus stop if he had really forgotten Jhanak. She recalls how Aditi was heartbroken that day, while he helped Phool. Aniruddh says he only did it out of humanity.
Arshi presses further, asking if Phool is actually his daughter, since Phool claimed her father lives in Bhavanipur. She directly questions whether Phool is his and Jhanak’s child. She reminds him that he once went to Simulboni to marry Jhanak, but when Jhanak wed someone else, he returned to her. Arshi demands to know what truly happened between him and Jhanak back then. Aniruddh tells her not to overreact, but Arshi accuses him of ruining Aditi’s life without realizing it and storms inside.
At the hospital, the doctor urges Rishi to call Jhanak’s family because surgery cannot be delayed. Surjeet asks about her condition, and the doctor reveals she has a severe head injury and needs immediate surgery, otherwise her life is at risk. The doctor then rushes inside. Tanushri advises Rishi to inform Jhanak’s family. But Rishi replies that they cannot come right now, so he must take responsibility since he caused the accident. The nurse arrives with the consent bond, saying they can only proceed once it’s signed. Abhimanyu objects, saying Jhanak is no one to them, so Rishi shouldn’t sign. Tanushri adds that Aditi will be furious if she finds out Rishi signed for Jhanak. Rishi insists Aditi will understand, but Surjeet tells him to get her permission first.
Rishi calls Aditi and explains Jhanak’s critical condition and how he brought her to the hospital. Aditi mocks him for admitting her to such an expensive hospital and even asks if he really carried Jhanak there himself. When Rishi mentions the bond, Aditi firmly tells him not to sign and disconnects the call. Abhimanyu reminds Rishi that no one wants him to take this step. Tanushri further asks what Rishi would even write in the “relationship” column of the bond.
