The episode begins with Katha discovering a bottle of pills and realizing that someone had mixed them into the food UV served to the children. Determined to save them, she decides to prepare a kada and vows to uncover who is behind this act. With Naina’s help, she makes the remedy. Meanwhile, one concerned parent suggests that some parents stay with their children until the police arrest UV, while others should take the sick kids to the hospital. Inside, Gayatri wonders where Katha has gone, just as Katha steps out.
At the same time, Pratty arrives at the Jindal house with his team. Tejas hides his face behind a mask. The guests demand UV’s arrest, but Pratty defends him, assuring everyone that UV would never harm children. The guests, however, accuse Pratty of being biased. Just then, Katha and Naina return with the kada and request the parents to allow the children to drink it. The parents agree, and the children take the remedy. Still, the guests angrily blame UV for making their kids sick and even insult his mother. Enraged, UV warns them not to speak against her, but they continue taunting, leaving UV and his family deeply hurt. Gayatri watches from afar, confused and searching for Katha.
The crowd begins accusing Pratty of protecting UV. One guest even threatens to complain to the IG. To everyone’s shock, UV himself asks Pratty to arrest him. Ambika seizes the opportunity, putting on an act in front of the media and twisting the incident. Reporters immediately broadcast the story, claiming the children fell ill after eating UV’s snacks. Pratty agrees to take UV away, but before they leave, Katha stops them.
Katha requests the police to first hear the children out. The children confirm that UV had asked about their favorite snacks, checked their allergies, and even provided different options for them. Katha explains that someone else deliberately spiked the food and insists UV would never do such a thing—after all, he runs a café in his mother’s name. “A son who loves and respects his mother so much could never harm children,” she declares. UV becomes emotional. Handing over the bottle of pills, Katha urges Pratty to investigate the real culprit. The children then praise both UV and Katha, while Tejas fumes over his failed plan and vows revenge on Katha.
A doctor arrives and commends Katha for her quick action, which prevented the children from getting worse. Moved by their kids’ requests, the parents withdraw the case against UV and apologize to his family. Eshwar asks everyone to forget the incident and join the puja, which they agree to.
Later, as Katha lights a diya, UV approaches her and, for the first time, addresses her directly as Katha, surprising her. He thanks her sincerely for protecting his mother’s honor. Just then, the reporters rush in, asking UV to reveal his relationship with her. Remembering UV’s earlier words, Katha responds that she is simply a well-wisher of the Jindal family. Once the reporters leave, Shlok encourages UV to thank Katha properly. UV admits he doesn’t know how to express his gratitude, but Tammy mischievously suggests he should call her “Gobar Devi.” Annoyed, UV warns Tammy to stop.
