The episode begins with Charu and Shikha bringing Katha into UV’s room, telling her it’s hers too. They are soon joined by Naina and Prerna, who also agree. Charu warns Katha to be cautious around Chandrika during her stay. Shikha explains a family tradition: the bride and groom shouldn’t see each other’s faces for a day. Katha agrees but questions the state of UV’s room. Charu tells her that it’s chef UV’s room and urges her to taste the food he prepared. Katha declines, believing UV is pretending and that’s why she doesn’t like him.
Just then, UV enters with ointment for Katha’s injuries. Katha quickly covers her face with her veil and scolds him for breaking the ritual. She refuses the ointment, confusing UV. Charu teases UV about caring for Katha. Meanwhile, Katha thinks to herself that UV’s actions are just a way to disrupt their post-wedding rituals. UV sarcastically suggests she might file a complaint, so he brought the ointment. He then leaves.
Charu, Shikha, Naina, and Prerna encourage Katha to apply the ointment, but she insists on using a homemade remedy of cabbage paste and turmeric, which she had recently used on Eshwar’s wound. Shikha says she’s unsure if they have cabbage, so Naina and Prerna go to check the kitchen.
In the kitchen, Prerna informs Pratty about Katha’s plan. They decide to go to the market to buy cabbage. Meanwhile, Naina tells Shikha that there’s no cabbage in the kitchen, and Pari overhears. She hurries to inform UV.
Katha feels bad for troubling everyone and decides to search for cabbage herself. On her way to the kitchen, she stops at the home temple and prays for strength to protect her marriage and the honor of both families. Meanwhile, UV, who’s on a call with Sandy about his Singapore deal, notices Katha’s injuries and insists she needs proper treatment—but Ghobar Devi ignores him.
Pari tells UV about the family’s chaotic efforts to fulfill Katha’s request. Pratty asks UV if there’s cabbage in his café. He confirms, but refuses to take Katha there. Then Shlok arrives, learns about the cabbage, and starts persuading UV to take her. Pratty joins in, and UV finally agrees.
Despite Katha’s refusal, Naina and Prerna insist and escort her to UV’s car. The family is relieved once UV and Katha leave for the café.
On the way, Katha criticizes the café, angering UV, who warns her. He tells her to lift her veil, saying it might cause trouble. At the café, UV unlocks the door, recalling Katha’s vow to shut down his café and everything that’s happened between them. He becomes emotional while Katha hesitates to enter.
