The episode begins with Eshwar praying to God for help in getting UV and Katha married. While doing so, he overhears UV on a phone call and mutters that it’s time to put an end to things. Moments later, UV arrives and asks Eshwar about the prayer he made after closing the café. Eshwar responds with a sarcastic remark, then tells Rukhmani and the rest of the family not to stop him as he’s going out on an important mission. He walks away, leaving UV confused.
UV questions Rukhmani, but she avoids giving a straight answer and claims not to know anything. He then turns to Harshvardhan, who also feigns ignorance. Meanwhile, Vinith shares his suspicion with Ambika that Eshwar is planning UV’s marriage. Alarmed, Ambika worries that a daughter-in-law might lower her influence in the household, and she begins plotting to stop the marriage.
Still curious, UV keeps pressing Rukhmani for answers. She cleverly dodges him by sending Pratty to intervene. Pratty tries to calm UV, telling him he’s a police officer and will eventually find out the secret. Pari and others tease him, asking him to be quiet. UV vents his frustration to his cousins, saying Eshwar is trying to ruin his life by finding a girl for him—probably a nerd. The cousins grimace at the thought.
At Katha’s house, Mohan is getting ready to meet Eshwar, but Naina stops him when she notices a missing button on his shirt. She goes to get a needle and thread. Meanwhile, Vandana tells Mohan that Naina is trying hard to repair their relationship, but Mohan dismisses the idea, saying things can never go back to the way they were. When Naina returns and stitches his shirt, Katha walks in with a tray to perform a ritual to ward off evil, insisting it’s necessary after what happened the previous day. Vandana scolds Katha for her behavior, saying no man would accept such attitude in a life partner. Katha firmly responds that she will never marry—believing all men are betrayers. Before Mohan leaves, she gives him some final advice.
Back at UV’s side, he is determined to uncover Eshwar’s secret plan. He follows him and finds him happily eating sweets. UV mocks him and snaps a photo, vowing to use it to his advantage at the right moment. Later, Mohan meets with Eshwar, who surprises him with a marriage proposal between UV and Katha. Mohan is stunned.
Meanwhile, UV vents his irritation to his cousins about Eshwar’s secret scheme. Omi reminds him to focus on his upcoming meeting with the college board. UV agrees and heads off, only to bump into Katha by accident. Her book falls to the ground. The two are instantly annoyed by each other. Katha harshly criticizes UV before walking away, while UV mocks her as well, declaring that whoever marries her will live in misery. His cousins burst into laughter.
Elsewhere, Mohan tries to explain Katha’s background to Eshwar and mentions her mother, but he doesn’t reveal Katha’s deep-seated hatred for men. Eshwar insists on handling all wedding expenses himself and urges Mohan to agree, expressing full faith that Katha can reform UV and his cousins. Mohan feels helpless, unsure how to explain Katha’s disdain for marriage.
