The episode begins with Karthik trying to make Vrinda understand that she should not blame herself for everything that happened. He tells her that she is a kind-hearted person who has always cared for everyone around her. Karthik reminds Vrinda that she has been an inspiration to him and that he learned the true meaning of care, emotions and family from her.
Karthik praises Vrinda for the way she manages the family and says that everyone gets inspired by her ability to handle difficult situations. He admits that he is always looking for ways to bring a smile to her face because her happiness matters the most to him.

Karthik then talks about the family and says that he wants Aarav to join music classes, while Madhavi’s content is really good and Akshay is also doing well in his studies. He makes it clear that all he wants is for Vrinda to remain happy. He asks her not to think that she will become like Angad and encourages her to leave her painful past behind.
Karthik asks Vrinda to smile and forget everything that has happened. He even gives her water and tries to calm her down.
Just then, Hemant arrives home and tells Saloni that Vrinda is there with Karthik and AV. He asks Vrinda where she had been. Surprisingly, Karthik then asks Hemant for permission to take Vrinda on a date.
Hemant initially refuses, leaving Karthik surprised. However, he soon starts laughing and gives Karthik permission to take Vrinda on the date.
Karthik then says that Vrinda should actually go with AV. He tells Vrinda that he wants to confess something and has a lot of guilt inside his heart. Karthik asks AV to bring Vrinda for the date and promises Vrinda that he will never break her trust.
Karthik leaves and asks AV to bring Vrinda to him as soon as possible. AV tells Vrinda that he will wait for her outside.
Meanwhile, AV is left alone with his thoughts. He thinks about Vrinda and regrets everything he has done to her. He blames himself for destroying his relationship with her and feels that he has already caused her enough pain.
AV realises that he cannot be selfish anymore. He believes Vrinda deserves happiness, even if that happiness does not come from him. He accepts that Karthik can bring happiness into Vrinda’s life, while he, as Angad, has only brought pain and complications.
With a heavy heart, AV decides to step aside and leaves.
Back at home, Hemant notices that Vrinda is still emotional. He tells her not to punish herself for everything that happened and asks her to give herself another chance at happiness.
Vrinda remains doubtful and wonders whether she will ever be able to trust Karthik completely. She questions how she can accept him as her life partner if she is unable to trust him fully.
Hemant understands her concerns and says that her doubts are natural after everything she has experienced. He reminds Vrinda of how Noina once tried to make Mihir’s mistake look like everyone’s fault and warns her not to get manipulated by such situations.
Hemant assures Vrinda that Karthik is genuinely a good person. He says Karthik will not only love and respect her but will also give the same respect and affection to her entire family.
Hemant then gets emotional while remembering Pooja and admits that he misses her every day. He tells Vrinda that life is giving her another opportunity to be happy and she should not be afraid to accept it.
He reminds Vrinda that Karthik is innocent and that Mitali was responsible for creating the misunderstandings between them. Mitali had already confessed everything in front of the family and revealed how she deliberately created problems between Karthik and Vrinda.
Hemant asks Vrinda to stay strong and positive and finally encourages her to get ready for her date with Karthik. Vrinda becomes emotional and thanks Hemant for giving her hope and helping her believe in happiness again.
Meanwhile, Noina learns from the doctor that Mitali’s condition is currently stable, although some reports are still awaited. Noina remains worried about her.
Suddenly, Mitali starts behaving strangely and appears unable to recognise herself. Noina becomes shocked and says that she does not understand what is happening to her.
Noina immediately speaks to the doctor and asks why Mitali is struggling to remember things. The doctor advises Mitali to take proper rest and says that further treatment will begin once the reports arrive.
Noina returns to Mitali and asks her to wake up and drink some water. Mitali complains of a severe headache, making Noina even more concerned.
Noina then remembers her confrontation with Hemant and starts believing that he is responsible for Mitali’s current condition. She calls Hemant.
Hemant answers the call, but Noina immediately starts arguing with him over his behaviour towards Mitali. She tells him that Mitali is unwell, but Hemant refuses to sympathise with her and calls Noina a “nautanki baaz.”
Hemant reminds Noina that Mitali is the mastermind behind the entire conspiracy and has already confessed everything in front of the family. He asks Noina to question Mitali herself before blindly supporting her.
Noina refuses to listen and continues defending Mitali. Meanwhile, Mitali starts her emotional drama again, prompting Hemant to sarcastically call her a drama queen.
Hemant tells Noina that Mitali is just like her and warns her that supporting Mitali is a huge mistake.
He then gives Noina another shocking update. Hemant reveals that Vrinda and Karthik have reunited and Karthik is taking Vrinda on a date.
Noina is stunned by the news, while Mitali becomes furious. Karthik and Vrinda are now moving towards a fresh beginning, but Mitali clearly has no intention of accepting defeat.
