The episode starts with Roni asking Dua if Vikrant is really alive. The shocking truth makes him faint. Dua quickly helps him regain consciousness.
Roni asks again if it is true. Yuvi confirms that Vikrant is alive. Dua reveals that Vikrant has been living as Abhimanyu in the Rajbanshi house after losing his memory. She explains that he saved Mannat from kidnappers, and Neetu hid the truth after learning how dangerous Samragi is.
Roni becomes determined to meet his son. Mallika offers to accompany him, while Yashika stays back with the children. Dua warns Roni not to go, saying it is too risky.
Roni refuses to stay away. He says he failed to protect Neetu and Vikrant once and will not make the same mistake again.
Meanwhile, Dhairya spots a vial of poison in the hospital pharmacy and tries to steal it. Just then, the police arrive. Fearing his plan might fail, he suggests that the officers avoid guarding Vikrant’s room directly, saying attackers could strike from a distance. The inspector agrees and orders ID checks for all hospital staff. Taking advantage of the distraction, Dhairya steals the poison.
Elsewhere, Ankit informs Samragi that the hospital is surrounded by police and no one can enter without proper identification. She orders her men to wear police uniforms and sneak inside. Their plan is to kill Mannat and abduct Vikrant.
However, Samragi says she cannot risk Abhimanyu’s life. She worries about Manyata and decides that they will also disguise themselves as police officers to take Abhimanyu away safely.
Meanwhile, Dhairya expects Samragi’s men to arrive but is surprised to see Roni and Mallika instead. He realizes he must find a way to get rid of them before carrying out his plan.
Roni becomes emotional after seeing Vikrant. He tells Mannat that she was right all along and his son is alive. Mannat apologizes for hiding the truth, saying she only wanted to protect everyone.
Roni tells Mannat not to take such risks alone. He says he cannot live without Vikrant or Mannat. Mannat hugs him and warns that the Rajbanshi family is dangerous.
Roni points out that Dhairya saved Mannat’s life. However, Mannat and Mallika silently believe Dhairya is even more dangerous than Samragi. Nearby, Dhairya overhears them and hides.
Samragi then creates a fake bomb scare to distract the police so she can abduct Vikrant during the chaos. Dhairya learns about her plan and decides to use the confusion to inject Vikrant with poison, making it appear that Samragi is responsible.
As Mannat asks the police to help shift Vikrant to another room, Samragi suddenly removes her disguise and reveals herself to Mannat.
