The episode begins with Mannat and Shalini having tied Aishwarya to a chair before making their escape. Mannat tells Shalini that Aishwarya had locked her in a freezer, and now it’s time for a little payback. She says she’ll at least scare her for ten minutes and make her feel the consequences of her actions. Meanwhile, a dizzy Vikrant searches for Mannat despite his weakening condition. Mannat tells Shalini to head home and make sure Aishwarya doesn’t suspect her involvement.
Elsewhere, Ravinder frees Aishwarya. She angrily scolds him for not rescuing her sooner. He explains that he was outside but didn’t hear her cries for help. Aishwarya insists she had shouted loudly and tells him that someone tied her up and escaped. She orders him to check who’s outside. Ravinder leaves to investigate. Meanwhile, Mannat checks her diary and thinks to herself that her first task is done—she will now complete all her remaining missions one by one.
Suddenly, Vikrant bumps into Mannat. Still dizzy, he asks what she’s doing there. Mannat is shocked and questions why he followed her. He mumbles that he came looking for her. Chachi hears some noise and comes to investigate. A frightened Aishwarya hides, unaware that Vikrant and Mannat are also hidden nearby. Mannat watches Aishwarya carefully. Chachi, thinking it might be a thief, searches the area but finds no one and leaves. Mannat quickly covers Vikrant’s mouth to stop him from making noise and exposing them. She then receives a message from Ravinder and hurries off.
Mannat asks Vikrant again why he came. He says he was looking for her. She asks if he drank the juice, but he doesn’t respond, only telling her he feels dizzy. She realizes she must return to the Saluja mansion quickly—before Aishwarya gets there—otherwise she might find out that Mannat is behind everything.
Later, Aishwarya returns home, furious and convinced that Mannat is the one behind all the recent incidents. She storms into Mannat’s room to confront her—only to find Mannat peacefully asleep. Shocked, Aishwarya starts doubting her suspicions. If Mannat is here, then someone else must be blackmailing her. She leaves, confused and frustrated.
Mannat silently thanks Vikrant for staying quiet earlier. Vikrant, still groggy, tells her that she seems to know everything about him. Mannat realizes that Vikrant drank the juice, and suspects that Neetu is secretly giving him the medicine again. Mannat helps Vikrant back to his room, but Neetu angrily pushes her away.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya worries that Gagan might question her. She notices that he’s not in his room and starts to suspect that he could be the one blackmailing her. While searching, she finds an old keypad mobile in his room, confirming her fears.
Later, Neetu tries to humiliate Mannat by blaming her for Vikrant’s condition. But Mannat fires back, accusing Neetu of secretly giving Vikrant the same harmful medicine again. She reminds Neetu that she had once thrown that medicine out of her bag and had even spilled the juice to protect Vikrant. She can’t understand why Neetu would do this to her own son. Mannat defends herself, saying she’s not greedy, as Neetu assumes—she respects Vikrant not just as her boss but also as a devotee of Babaji.
