The episode begins with Mannat and Shalini tying Aishwarya to a chair before escaping. Mannat tells Shalini that Aishwarya had once locked her inside a freezer, so scaring her for ten minutes is the least she deserves. Mannat vows to take revenge for everything Aishwarya did. Meanwhile, a dizzy Vikrant is seen searching for Mannat.
Mannat urges Shalini to return home immediately so that Aishwarya doesn’t suspect anything. Meanwhile, Ravinder finds and unties Aishwarya. She angrily scolds him for not rescuing her sooner. Ravinder explains that he had been waiting outside but didn’t hear her screams. Furious, Aishwarya insists she was shouting and accuses him of negligence. She tells him someone tied her up and escaped, then asks him to check who’s outside. Ravinder leaves to investigate.
Back inside, Mannat checks her diary and thinks to herself that her first task is now complete. She’s determined to finish the rest, one by one.
Vikrant, still dizzy, bumps into Mannat. She’s surprised and asks why he’s there. Vikrant replies that he followed her and wants to know what she’s doing. She vaguely says she had some work. In his disoriented state, Vikrant begins to ramble. Hearing noises, Chachi comes to check. A frightened Aishwarya hides, unaware that Mannat and Vikrant are also concealed nearby. Mannat keeps a watchful eye on her.
Chachi, thinking a thief might be around, looks but finds no one and leaves. To prevent Vikrant from making a sound and alerting Aishwarya, Mannat quickly covers his mouth. Just then, she receives a message from Ravinder and leaves. She questions Vikrant again about why he came. He says he came looking for her. She asks if he drank the juice, but he doesn’t respond, only saying he feels dizzy. Mannat realizes she must return to the Saluja mansion before Aishwarya, or her cover will be blown.
Aishwarya eventually returns home and is convinced that Mannat is the one behind everything. She storms to Mannat’s room, only to find her sleeping peacefully. Shocked, Aishwarya rethinks the situation—if Mannat is here, then someone else must be blackmailing her. She quietly leaves the room.
Mannat thanks Vikrant for not making any noise earlier. Vikrant says she knows everything about him, including the juice he drank. Mannat suspects that Neetu is giving Vikrant the medicine again. Later, she helps Vikrant back to his room, but Neetu harshly pushes her away.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya worries that Gagan will question her. Not finding him in their room, she suspects he might be the one blackmailing her. Her suspicions are confirmed when she finds an old keypad phone in his room.
Later, Neetu publicly humiliates Mannat, blaming her for Vikrant’s condition. But Mannat fires back, accusing Neetu of secretly giving Vikrant the harmful medicine again. She recalls how she threw the pills out of Neetu’s bag and had deliberately spilled the juice earlier to protect Vikrant. However, the juice was still given to him today. Mannat questions why Neetu would do this to her own son and insists that she’s not a gold-digger. She doesn’t just see Vikrant as her boss—she considers him Babaji’s chosen one.
