The episode begins with Mannat confronting Aishwarya, agreeing with her. She tells Aishwarya that she’s right—Mallika is her only daughter, because Mannat doesn’t need a selfish mother like her. She declares she’s freeing herself from their relationship, but on one condition: Aishwarya must donate her liver to Shruthi. If not, Mannat threatens to destroy her life. She swears on the sea and warns Aishwarya that she has recorded her confession and will reveal to the world that Aishwarya is actually Sonia Khanna.
Aishwarya tries to dismiss the threat, saying there’s no evidence. But Mannat firmly states that once Vikram hears the truth, he’ll not only call off the wedding with Mallika but also end all business ties with Aishwarya. She calls out Aishwarya’s hypocrisy—despising the poor, though she herself was born and raised in poverty. She accuses Aishwarya of painting Gagan as the villain when, in reality, Aishwarya is the true manipulator. If she refuses to donate her liver, Mannat promises to expose everything.
Meanwhile, preparations for the puja are underway at the Salooja house. Aishwarya calls Neetu and lies that she’s visiting the temple to fulfill a vow she made once Mallika’s marriage was arranged with Vikram. Just then, Mannat snatches her phone, warning her not to use her fake identity anymore—telling her she’s not Aishwarya here, she’s Sonia Khanna.
At the hospital, the nurse informs the doctor that Shruthi’s condition is deteriorating and she urgently needs a liver transplant. Mannat reassures everyone that nothing will happen to her mother—she’s ready to donate. She reveals she is Shruthi’s sister.
Elsewhere, Vikram misses Mannat. He feels an emotional pull toward her and believes their bond is destined. He reflects on his memories with her and regrets scolding her. He tells himself that fate keeps bringing them together.

She notices a missed call and voice message from Vikram, realizing he’s still trying to reach her.
Mannat panics when she can’t find Aishwarya in the ward and begins searching. Meanwhile, Gagan signals to Shalini, who tells him she hasn’t received any updates from Mannat yet. Mannat, furious, vows that if Aishwarya tries to run today, she won’t be able to escape her wrath.
Aishwarya finally returns, and Mannat angrily confronts her for disappearing. Aishwarya explains she had gone to pray for her daughter. She says she’s willing to do this for Shruthi’s sake but adds bitterly that life sometimes demands one person to die so another can live. She tells Mannat to kill her love to save her mother.
Mannat replies that there’s nothing between her and Vikram—not what Aishwarya is imagining. Aishwarya says then it should be easy. She instructs Mannat to tell Vikram she doesn’t love him and cannot marry him. Aishwarya reveals that Vikram already confessed his feelings for Mannat to Mallika. The whole wedding setup was a ploy to make Mannat realize her love. Now, she must shatter Vikram’s heart by making him believe she’s a gold digger. She must demand his Mezbani shares so he thinks she’s after his wealth. Only then will he remove her from his life, and Mallika can marry him.
Mannat calls her vicious. Aishwarya admits she is selfish—because Mallika is her entire world, and she’ll do anything for her happiness. Mannat then shows her the evidence she has. Realizing she’s trapped, Aishwarya admits she has no other choice left.
