The episode begins with Vikrant asking Mannat to leave.
Heartbroken, she tells him he can’t give her what she truly wanted. Suddenly, Vikrant feels dizzy and accidentally hits his head. As he stumbles, Mannat catches him to stop his fall.
Meanwhile, the priest tells the Salooja family that it’s an auspicious time—any couple married now will remain united forever, and no one will be able to separate them. In that moment, as Mannat holds Vikrant, his blood stains her hairline, symbolizing a marital bond. He resists her touch, trying to stop her from tending to his wound. Mallika rushes in and pulls them apart, demanding Mannat to leave. Mannat walks away, her heart heavy with sorrow.
Mallika then pretends to care for Vikrant, but he calls the event management team and cancels the wedding decorations and catering. Mallika panics, suspecting he may cancel the entire wedding. Trying to calm him, she urges him to treat his wound first.
Later, Mannat meets Aishwarya and tells her everything is over.
Aishwarya congratulates her for breaking Vikrant’s heart and insists she kept her word—she didn’t interfere or take another step toward Vikrant. Mannat says her task is done and demands Aishwarya sign the agreement. She tricks Aishwarya into signing some papers without realizing their content. Aishwarya is too distracted to check the details, and Mannat signals to Gagan, who is surprised she got the signature. He wonders what Mannat said to convince Aishwarya, and why she seems so afraid of her.
Aishwarya reminds Mannat that she only agreed to this deal to save her own mother. Mannat corrects her—it wasn’t a deal, but a sacrifice. She gave up her love for the sake of her mother, who means everything to her.
Mannat tells Aishwarya that by treating it as a deal, she’s overlooking what truly matters. She didn’t give her daughter real happiness—she forced her into a loveless marriage for the sake of wealth. Mannat accuses her of ruining her daughter’s life for money. Aishwarya angrily questions who Mannat is to make decisions about her life. Mannat fires back, saying Aishwarya has no right to decide for others either. She reminds her that while Aishwarya once abandoned her to die, her life was saved and changed forever by Shruthi’s mother. That’s why she’s doing everything she can to save her now.
Mannat sends Aishwarya into the OT, not out of love, but because she refuses to take any risk when it comes to Shruthi’s mom. Still burdened with guilt, Mannat prays—deeply hurt that she had to break Vikrant’s heart, the same man who always stood by her.
Meanwhile, Mallika brings Vikrant back to his room.
She starts poisoning his mind against Mannat. Feeling guilty toward Mallika, Vikrant regrets staging the fake marriage and decides he’ll announce it was all a lie. Mallika stops him. As thunder rumbles outside, Vikrant hugs Mallika, mistakenly thinking she’s Mannat.
At the same time, Mannat hears the thunder and starts to panic.
