The episode begins with Arohi telling Abhishek that she cannot allow him to make decisions for her life. He is taking steps without considering the consequences and fails to understand her situation. She reminds him how Sagar humiliated her parents. Abhishek replies that he already knew everything—he followed her to the hostel and witnessed Sagar threatening her parents, saw her father’s fear and her mother’s health struggles. He knows she does not want to marry Sagar and insists that marrying Varun is the only way to escape this forced marriage.
Arohi refuses, saying her parents endured humiliation for her happiness, and she cannot hurt them further. She decides to sacrifice her own life for their sake and walks away. Just then, goons surround them. Abhishek fights back, and Arohi tries to help, but one of the goons injures Abhishek. Varun rushes in to save them, and Abhishek is taken to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors treat Abhishek while Arohi prays for his recovery. She cries to God, saying he should not suffer for her mistakes and begs for his life. Varun tells her that Abhishek is in this condition only because he tried to protect her. He urges her to see that Abhishek is the right partner for her. He makes her realize that she already has feelings for Abhishek and reminds her of his sacrifices. Arohi recalls her moments with him. Suddenly, the doctor announces Abhishek’s vitals are dropping. Shocked, Arohi rushes to his side and scolds him for risking his life for her and making decisions alone.
Varun reassures her, saying she need not worry and that Abhishek will be fine. However, another Abhishek is admitted to the opposite ward and is in critical condition. Mistakenly, Arohi assumes it is Abhishek Varma. As she expresses her love, her gold chain gets caught in his uniform. Just then, Kailash arrives and questions her presence. He orders Nikhil to throw her out. Concerned for Abhishek, he interrogates Arohi about the incident. When she explains that goons attacked and Abhishek risked his life, Kailash accuses her of plotting everything. He humiliates her, calling her a gold digger who wants to climb higher using his son.
Bua adds fuel by saying Anuradha had already arranged Arohi’s marriage with Varun. She blames Arohi further. Kailash lashes out at Yadhav for not providing security and sends Arohi away. Later, Abhishek regains consciousness, and Anuradha informs him of everything. She warns him not to meet Arohi again. Meanwhile, Raja Ram calls Arohi about Sarada’s reports, but she hides the truth from him.
