Manpasand Ki Shaadi Today Episode 8th October 2025
The episode begins with Arohi preparing for her first rasoi and cooking kheer. As she receives a phone call, Bua takes the opportunity to secretly ruin the dish. Later, Bua reminds Arohi that since this is her first rasoi, she must impress her father-in-law with her cooking — if she succeeds, she’ll receive a gift, and if not, she must accept punishment. Arohi confidently replies that she’s ready to accept either blessings or punishment.
Bua instructs her to serve the food, saying that the daughter-in-law should serve the men of the house first. She calls everyone to sit together. Kanika remarks that Arohi doesn’t need to change the family traditions just a day after her marriage — the women will eat only after the men finish. Arohi apologetically says she didn’t know about the rule. Bua, who had already tampered with the kheer, eagerly waits to see Arohi humiliated.
When Arohi serves Kailash the kheer, Bua slyly asks if she knows his favorite sweet. Arohi replies that she didn’t ask about his favorite, but since Anuradha often prepares kheer for him, she assumed it must be his preferred dessert. Bua watches closely for Kailash’s reaction, expecting him to dislike it, but he remains expressionless. She tastes the kheer herself and is shocked to find it delicious. She remembers that she had deliberately added extra sugar to spoil it. Arohi recalls noticing spilled sugar earlier in the kitchen and, feeling suspicious, had checked and fixed the kheer before serving it. Bua realizes she underestimated Arohi and that getting rid of her won’t be easy.
Bua mockingly asks Kailash whether Arohi deserves a gift or punishment. Kailash replies sternly that she doesn’t need praise — cooking for men is a woman’s duty. He gives her a 10-rupee note as a token gift, saying that money doesn’t matter, what counts is his blessing. Arohi accepts it with gratitude. To humiliate her further, Bua instructs the servant to feed the remaining kheer to the cow. Pretending to help, she “accidentally” trips Arohi, causing the kheer to spill on Kailash’s pants. Enraged, he orders her to clean it. Bua intervenes, saying Arohi isn’t feeling well and shouldn’t be forced to do it, suggesting they make an exception for her. But Arohi insists, saying that rules are rules and must be followed. She cleans the floor herself with dignity.
Meanwhile, Devika tries to call Arohi to warn her about Bua’s intentions, but Arohi can’t hear properly. Bua overhears Devika’s name, snatches the phone, and pretends to speak to her. She lies that Abhishek has already left to pick Devika up. When Devika asks the nurse for her phone, the nurse refuses, prompting Bua to scold her for negligence. Bua instructs her to keep Devika occupied while she handles Arohi at home.
Later, Bua tells Arohi to get ready for another ritual at 4 p.m., saying it will determine whether she can continue staying in the house or not. Soon after, Arohi receives a call from her mami and learns something shocking. She confronts Anuradha about sending a letter to her home, revealing that Anuradha is not actually unwell and doesn’t need a wheelchair — she bribed the doctor to fake her illness. Anuradha admits she did it because the family members are cruel and she needed to protect herself. Arohi encourages her to stand up against them and fight back.
Towards the end, Bua approaches Arohi once again and coldly tells her that the next step is to change her name.
