The episode begins with Megha and the other girls joyfully cooking together, feeding each other and enjoying the moment. They all praise Kabir—everyone except Megha. Kabir tells them he’s going to send the file to both the police and the embassy. As he nearly stumbles, Megha instinctively catches him. He thanks her, and she responds with her own thanks, adding that she’s relieved Sultana finally confessed. Just then, an elderly staff member informs them that Sultana has regained consciousness. Megha quickly asks Kabir about the recording. Kabir replies that transferring the file will take some time.
Meanwhile, Sultana wakes up and begins to recall the recent events. Kabir visits her and questions her about what happened. He asks how she’s feeling and says he’s never seen anything like that before. He advises her to rest, saying he needs to leave, and adds that it seems everyone there is her enemy. Kabir suggests she allow the guests to leave and temporarily shut down the hotel under the pretext of renovation. Then, he exits.
Sultana receives a call from Bakhtawar. When he asks what’s going on, she replies that everything is falling apart and she doesn’t know whom to trust anymore.
Elsewhere, Kabir tells Megha that he used his charm on Sultana to keep her in check and prevent her from acting impulsively. Megha coldly replies that she still won’t forgive him. Kabir says he doesn’t expect forgiveness—he admits it was a mistake. Megha tells him she can’t trust him again.
Just then, Sultana enters and sarcastically applauds them. She tells Megha that Kabir is bold enough to sneak into the hotel for her. Turning to Kabir, she says she could tell from the beginning that he was clever and charming—and charmers can never be trusted. Kabir notes that Megha said something similar earlier.
Sultana then boasts that she figured out Kabir’s identity. She calls him “Kabir Khanna” and laughs. She taunts Megha for trying to defeat her, claiming she doesn’t hate lovers—but she values herself and her business more than anything. Looking at Kabir, she claims she has something important to reveal: that his father died because of Megha. Megha is shocked. Kabir flashes back to old memories and calmly tells Sultana she clearly doesn’t know how his father actually died. Sultana challenges him, asking if he really doesn’t know that it was Megha’s family who was responsible.
Kabir stares at Megha silently. Sultana smirks and says she knows every girl’s history—including Megha’s—and walks away. Flashbacks show how she had previously stolen Kabir’s phone and deleted all the audio and video recordings. Earlier, she had sent Kabir’s photo to Manoj, as instructed by Bakhtawar. Manoj then informed her of Kabir’s identity. Back in the present, Sultana declares that this revelation will turn their story into a tragedy.
Kabir confronts Megha and asks if she knew the truth. He shows her a bracelet and asks if it’s hers. Megha confesses that she did know. She explains that she was a child back then and couldn’t possibly be held responsible for someone’s death. Her family had sold him, and she had no control over it. Kabir, hurt, tells her that despite seeing what he went through and developing feelings for him at the party, she still chose to hide the truth. He warns her that he won’t let her escape from this.
