The episode begins with Rishank naming his wife Bhavya in the project title, showcasing his admiration and preference for her. However, this decision doesn’t sit well with Shakshi and Damayanti. Even Bhavya appears uncomfortable with the special attention from Rishank.
Suddenly, a water pipe bursts, flooding the office. At that very moment, an important investor enters and slips on the wet floor, causing a scene. Without any proper investigation, Bhavya is blamed for the mishap. Damayanti seizes the opportunity to criticize her harshly. Bhavya, though not at fault, apologizes to Rishank and promises to compensate for the damage as soon as possible. Despite her calm demeanor, she feels shattered inside by Rishank’s silence and the betrayal of trust.
Soon after, Rishank receives distressing news—Nitin has fallen seriously ill after consuming a poisonous fruit and is now hospitalized. Bhavya, Rishank, and other family members rush to the hospital, where they learn that the fruit came from the Ashram. A police officer arrives to begin an investigation into the incident.
The doctor, after examining Nitin, confirms that he has slipped into a coma and that the chances of recovery are very slim. Heartbroken, Bhavya enters the hospital room and prays fervently for Nitin to regain consciousness. Meanwhile, Damayanti once again schemes to remove Bhavya from the hospital, fearing she might uncover the truth behind Nitin’s sudden illness.
Shakshi pulls Bhavya aside and accuses her of meeting Nitin secretly the previous night. Suspicious and angry, she questions whether Bhavya had any role in Nitin’s condition. Bhavya admits to being summoned to the Ashram but firmly denies any wrongdoing. She refuses to reveal details of their private conversation but insists she didn’t give Nitin any poisonous fruit.
Back at work, Bhavya faces harsh criticism from her boss over her alleged negligence in the project. She’s asked to resign, as her continued presence might bring further losses to the company.
Meanwhile, Damayanti manipulates Rishank, urging him to divorce Bhavya. She tells him their astrological charts are incompatible, planting seeds of doubt in his mind. Rishank is left conflicted and confused by her words.
Later, Bhavya is publicly humiliated and scolded in the middle of the street for being careless. Rishank, too, starts to wonder whether Nitin confided something important to Bhavya. But she refuses to reveal the details of their last conversation, choosing instead to protect the truth—for now.
