The episode begins with a lawyer arriving at the Jaiswal house to announce that Nitin has left behind a will, anticipating his illness. He has made specific provisions for each member of the Jaiswal family.
Every family member receives a small share of his property. However, Damayanti is only allotted a retirement fund, which leaves her deeply shocked and heartbroken, as she had been promised the position of CEO.
To everyone’s surprise, Bhavya is named the new CEO and custodian of the Jaiswal company and trust. This revelation stuns the entire family. As CEO, Bhavya will now be responsible for making all key decisions related to the company and family matters. Both Shakshi and Damayanti struggle to accept the news.
In a desperate attempt to challenge the decision, Damayanti presents a video in which Nitin had promised her the CEO position. However, the lawyer confirms that the will was signed and finalized after the video was recorded, rendering it void.
Even Bhavya is taken aback by the announcement and appears confused. Shakshi and Damayanti grow suspicious, wondering if Bhavya emotionally manipulated Nitin during her solo visit to the ashram the previous night.
Losing her temper completely, Damayanti drags Bhavya to the storeroom and locks her inside. Before leaving, she burns dried red chillies at the entrance to make Bhavya feel suffocated. Fortunately, Rishank arrives just in time and breaks the lock to rescue Bhavya.
Feeling humiliated and distressed, Bhavya storms out of the house, despite Rishank’s efforts to stop her. He pleads with her to tell him what Nitin said during their last conversation. But Bhavya refuses, saying she had sworn an oath to Nitin and cannot break it.
Later, Rishank visits Nitin at the hospital. While there, Damayanti also shows up and manipulates Rishank, claiming that Bhavya transferred ₹20 crore into her own account, implying that she married Rishank for money.
Following this accusation, Bhavya is arrested for fraud. The police inform her that she will be kept in custody for two days, pending bail. Just then, the lawyer arrives with the bail documents—all pre-arranged by Nitin, who had anticipated such a situation.
Bhavya is released from custody. Upon returning home, she hands over all the property and legal rights to Rishank and leaves the house. Rishank, recalling Bhavya’s kindness and sacrifices, feels conflicted. However, Damayanti continues to poison his mind by speaking ill of Bhavya, attempting to turn him against her.
