The episode opens with Bhavya accidentally falling onto Rishank, losing her balance. The impact causes Rishank to faint under her weight. Sakshi, furious, publicly humiliates Bhavya for her weight. A doctor arrives shortly afterward to examine Rishank. After administering medicine and giving a few instructions, he leaves.
Sakshi, still enraged, slaps Bhavya, blaming her for endangering Rishank. However, her hatred for Bhavya seems to outweigh her genuine concern for her son. She lashes out in front of everyone, revealing her deep-seated resentment. Her behavior hurts Vinay, who clearly sees that Sakshi harbors strong negative feelings toward Bhavya.
Trying to manage the situation for his personal interests—since his business deal is still pending—Rishank attempts to smooth things over. He apologizes to Bhavya’s family, admitting that it was his failure that he couldn’t protect her.
Meanwhile, Bhavya’s mother learns about Rishank’s plan to abandon Bhavya on the wedding day. She’s terrified that if Bhavya faces another rejection, it will completely break her.
