The episode starts with Shalini encouraging Boomika to stand up for herself. She tells Boomika that Omkar tried to kill her and deserves to be punished. Shalini hands her a belt and asks her to teach him a lesson.
Boomika confronts Omkar and accuses him of trying to kill her. She then beats him with the belt, leaving his family shocked.
Manish begs Boomika to stop, reminding her that Omkar is her husband. He helps Omkar get back on his feet. Boomika then hugs Shalini.
Shalini warns Omkar to stay away from Boomika. She also threatens Manish, saying she will send his entire family to jail for trying to kill their own daughter-in-law.
She declares that she will never allow anyone to mistreat a woman. She promises to raise her voice against injustice and says she will not spare anyone.
Manish scolds Boomika for beating her husband and questions how she could do such a thing.
Shalini fires back, saying Manish doesn’t understand the true meaning of marriage. She tells him to learn from her husband, Shivprasad.
She says the Dixit family values money more than relationships. She recalls watching her mother suffer because of Malhar and says Boomika has faced the same pain.

Afterward, Shivprasad confronts Shalini. He tells her that she is hiding the truth from him.
He reminds her about the NGO where she once worked, saying it belonged to Karan Kulkarni.
Shivprasad reveals that someone had rescued several girls from a trafficking gang and then disappeared. He asks Shalini if she was that person.
Shalini changes the subject and asks him not to doubt her. She reminds him that she is his wife and says they should never let suspicion damage their relationship.
Shivprasad replies that the damage has already begun.
