The episode begins with Manish requesting Balram for permission to speak with Shalini. After Balram agrees, Manish calls Shalini and informs her that the Special Branch officers are planning to arrest Aaradhya. He begs Shalini to give him one more chance, warning that his family’s reputation will be destroyed if Aaradhya is arrested. However, Shalini remains furious and disconnects the call.
Manish then informs Namrata about the situation. Kabir becomes furious and refuses to let the authorities arrest his wife. Shivprasad warns Kabir that he could be the next target. Balram then takes Manish and Aaradhya away from the spot.
Meanwhile, Namrata asks Aayushi and Prachi to accompany her to the hospital. She is determined to save her husband and daughter at any cost.
Later, Aaradhya lashes out at Maya for treating her like a criminal. Manish desperately pleads with Shivprasad to spare his daughter and promises to cooperate with the investigation.
Shivprasad assures Manish that he will release Aaradhya, but only if Manish tells him the truth. He demands to know who was driving the car when Chintu was shot. Shivprasad reminds Manish that his own son is fighting for his life and says that he has only 24 hours to find the person responsible. He cannot forgive the person who tried to kill his child.
Manish remains silent.
Maya then threatens to produce Aaradhya before the court. Aaradhya angrily protests, while Manish continues begging everyone to leave his daughter alone.
Shivprasad demands that Manish call his office and confirm the details. Manish contacts his staff, but Shivprasad snatches the phone from him and uncovers the truth about Manish’s plan. He learns that Manish had ordered his staff to hand over the car to Sheetal.
Furious, Shivprasad grabs Manish by the collar and points a gun at him. He then calls Sheetal.
Meanwhile, Sheetal is already consumed by guilt over what she has done. When Shivprasad confronts her, she admits that shooting Chintu was an accident. She says that Chintu was not her actual target and that she had intended to shoot Shalini.
Shivprasad becomes furious. He tells Sheetal that Shalini is his heartbeat and that he will never forgive anyone who harms his son. He challenges Sheetal to find out who he really is and threatens to shoot her within 24 hours.
Sheetal reminds him that she knows his identity and calls him Parshuram. Shivprasad calmly warns her that she is about to witness what he is capable of doing.
Manish is shocked by Shivprasad’s behaviour and questions how he can make such threats in front of Special Branch officers. Shivprasad makes his intentions clear: Sheetal is his first target, followed by Manish, Aaradhya, Kabir and Karam Kulkarni.
Meanwhile, another problem arises at the hospital. The receptionist informs Shalini that she must pay ₹7 lakh for Chintu’s treatment. Shalini is stunned by the enormous bill. The receptionist bluntly tells her that the hospital is meant for wealthy patients and warns that treatment will be stopped if the amount is not paid.
Namrata offers financial help to Shalini and speaks about their blood relationship. However, Shalini refuses to accept her money. She makes it clear that Namrata has not come simply to help her and believes there is another motive behind the offer.
Shalini tells Namrata that she wants her to convince Shivprasad to withdraw the case. Namrata makes it clear that this will not be easy.
Shalini then calls Shivprasad and informs him about the hospital expenses. Meanwhile, Namrata tells Prachi not to worry and assumes that Shalini will eventually be forced to beg for help because she does not have enough money to pay the bill.
With no other option left, Shalini makes a difficult decision. She decides to sell her jewellery to arrange the money for Chintu’s treatment.
