The episode starts with Karan Kulkarni offering Chintu a chance to play for a top football team. He tells Chintu that he is wasting his talent by playing with the local colony children.
Karan promises him money, a professional coach, and a bright future.
Chintu asks what Karan wants in return. He says his father taught him that when someone offers something without a reason, they usually have a hidden motive.
Karan tells Chintu that he has misunderstood him.
Meanwhile, Omkar and Sangalp arrive at the local police station.
The inspector warmly welcomes them and asks why they came personally when a phone call would have been enough.
Omkar says they need information about the recent fight at the market.
The inspector replies that such fights are common in the local market area.
Sangalp asks the inspector to bring in the men involved in the fight. The inspector orders Senthil to bring the goons.
Meanwhile, one of Chintu’s friends asks who Karan is. Chintu jokingly introduces him as his grandfather.
Karan insults the children’s background and praises Chintu’s football skills. He says Chintu has a bright future and should not waste his talent there.
Karan then reveals what he wants in return. He asks Chintu not to appear in court.
He says Kabir is his son and he cannot bear to see him go to jail again. He adds that Aaradhya, Chintu’s aunt, will also be heartbroken if her husband is imprisoned.
Chintu calmly replies that he cannot do anything about it and asks Karan why he doesn’t speak to his own mother instead.
At the police station, Omkar questions the goons about the market fight.
They lie and claim they were only fighting for their rights.
Sangalp shows them a photo of Shivprasad and asks if they recognize him.
The goons deny knowing him and insist they have never seen him before.
Sangalp informs Manish about the interrogation. Manish begins to think that Karan may have misunderstood Shivprasad.
After Omkar and Sangalp leave, Shivprasad arrives at the police station.
He threatens the goons, warning them not to reveal his identity. He says he will kill them in an encounter if they speak.
Shivprasad then thanks the inspector for cooperating with him. The inspector replies that he is simply doing his duty.
Meanwhile, Manish tells Malhar that Karan may have misunderstood Shivprasad.
He explains that Karan probably misheard the name “Shiv” while speaking to Parshuram over the phone.
Malhar advises Manish to handle the matter carefully since the court hearing is scheduled for the next day.
Aayushi says Karan Kulkarni would never suspect Shivprasad without a valid reason.
Manish then calls Shalini and asks her to speak with Shivprasad.
Elsewhere, Karan, Kabir, and Aaradhya try to convince Chintu not to appear in court or identify Kabir.
Despite their repeated requests, Chintu refuses to change his decision.
Angry, Kabir throws a football at Chintu.
Just then, Shivprasad catches the ball. Furious, he slaps Kabir.
When Aaradhya addresses him as her brother-in-law, Shivprasad stops her.
He says he is not her brother-in-law but Chintu’s father. He declares that his family means everything to him and warns that he will not spare anyone who hurts his son.
Shivprasad grabs Karan Kulkarni by the collar and threatens him before taking Chintu away.
Later, Shivprasad learns that Shalini is taking a bath. He becomes excited, and moments later, Shalini loses her balance and accidentally falls into his arms.
