The episode starts with Manva and Shanaya reaching City Hospital, where they learn that Chirag has already been taken in for surgery. Worried, they ask the receptionist about the procedure. She informs them that Chirag is undergoing kidney surgery and says it cannot be stopped. Meanwhile, the doctor administers anesthesia to Chirag. Shanaya quickly comes up with a plan to stop him from donating his kidney.
Elsewhere, Rashi anxiously waits for Rohit’s response about the kids’ ramp show. Pushpa tells her not to panic. Meanwhile, Bapodhara calls Manva, but she doesn’t answer. He then contacts the hospital where she works and learns that she never reported for duty, leaving him confused. Pushpa also tries calling Shanaya, but her phone is switched off.
Determined to save Chirag, Manva and Shanaya disguise themselves as nurses. Manva says that although she is a nurse, wearing the uniform will help them enter the operation theatre. Shanaya agrees, saying it is the only way they can get inside.
Bapodhara informs Pushpa that Manva is missing. Pushpa reveals that Shanaya has also been missing since the previous night, and Chirag is nowhere to be found. She contacts the police station and learns that Chirag was never sent on any official assignment. Rashi then tells everyone that Shanaya left home the previous night, saying she had some important work.
Manva and Shanaya enter the operation theatre and discover that Chirag’s surgery has been delayed because his blood pressure is too high. Shanaya claims to be Chirag’s wife and asks the staff to call the doctor. As soon as everyone leaves, the two quietly take the unconscious Chirag out of the hospital, knowing he is willingly donating his kidney and believing this is the only way to stop him.
Meanwhile, Pushpa and Bapodhara prepare to search for the children. Just then, Manva calls Bapodhara and informs him that they are on their way home. After bringing Chirag back, they explain everything that happened.
Pushpa breaks down, saying she doesn’t know how to save the house from being auctioned. She scolds Manva and Shanaya for bringing a patient home without informing the hospital and asks Ashwin to handle the matter there. She also blames Dilip for putting the family in such a difficult situation.
Elsewhere, Kadambari wonders how she can use Dilip to her advantage. Pushpa calls Dilip and asks him to return to the chawl. As he leaves, Kadambari becomes curious about Pushpa’s next move.
At the hospital, Ashwin requests the doctor to withdraw the case. After some discussion, the doctor agrees. A constable asks Ashwin to send Manva and Shanaya to the police station so they can receive a warning. The doctor also assures them that Chirag is unconscious only because of the anesthesia and will regain consciousness soon.
Later, Dilip arrives at the chawl and asks Pushpa what happened. Pushpa tells him that while he made the mistake, the children are paying the price for it. She reveals that Chirag was ready to sell his kidney to arrange money.
Soon, Chirag regains consciousness and apologizes to Pushpa. She scolds him for risking his life and reminds him that no house is more valuable than his life.
Just then, Kadambari arrives at the chawl and enters Pushpa’s house. Pushpa questions why she is there. Kadambari says she heard about Chirag’s attempt to donate his kidney and became worried after seeing Dilip rush out of her house. She then reveals that Dilip has been staying with her ever since Pushpa threw him out of the chawl. Shocked, Pushpa asks Dilip if he has no shame in accepting Kadambari’s help.
