The episode begins with Dhruv wishing Isha good luck for the event. Gayatri watches from a distance, enjoying the moment as the photographer captures every interaction between Dhruv and Isha. Isha gives a grand welcome to the delegates and confidently begins her presentation. Dhruv is impressed by her efforts and, once the event concludes successfully, he gives Isha full credit and places a garland around her neck in appreciation. The photographer continues to document each moment between Dhruv and Isha and later presents the photos to Gayatri. Pleased with his work, Gayatri praises him and gives him Om’s contact, suggesting Om might need photography services for official events.
Later that night, Isha returns home to find her room beautifully decorated with flowers and candles. Om is waiting for her. Curious, she asks if there’s any special occasion. Om shares that he has achieved one of the goals on his vision board and wanted to celebrate it. He pulls out a small box containing a pair of golden earrings he bought for her. Isha comments that it must have been expensive, but Om tells her it was bought with the money he earned through hard work. She appreciates his gesture and praises him.
The next morning, the photographer visits Ram Bhavan and introduces himself. He meets Om, offers his services, and hands over an envelope containing some photographs along with his business card. After he leaves, Om opens the envelope and examines the pictures. He questions Isha if there’s anything about the previous night that she hadn’t mentioned, but she says no.
Om lays the photos out on the bed and shows them to Isha. He asks how she would have felt if she had seen similar pictures of him with another woman. He tells her that if their marriage is to be saved, she needs to make a decision. Isha agrees, saying it’s time to take a stand. She accompanies Om to Dhruv’s office and, in front of him, informs Dhruv that she wants to resign. She explains that her job is impacting her marriage, and she cannot allow that to happen.
That night, Om tells Isha that he has spoken to one of his contacts and arranged a job interview for her the next morning. Isha smiles and asks why he didn’t tell her earlier so she could prepare. Om assures her that everything is taken care of, and she doesn’t need to worry. He thanks her for deciding to quit her job with Dhruv. Isha replies that he doesn’t need to thank her—it was her responsibility to act when problems arose in their relationship. She adds that had the roles been reversed, she knows Om would’ve done the same.
The next morning at breakfast, Isha serves Om and is asked to bring her own plate since she also has an interview. Gayatri walks in and sarcastically comments that since Isha is in the habit of quitting jobs often, Om might as well consider doing the same. Om firmly responds that her wish will never come true. Gayatri taunts him further, saying that her real dream is to see them contribute to household expenses, which still hasn’t happened. Om confidently replies that he will fulfill that dream within the month.
