The episode begins with Gayatri’s doctor informing Jagdish and the family that the next 12 hours are extremely critical. If she doesn’t regain consciousness within this window, they might lose her. Hearing this, Garima lashes out at Jagdish, accusing him of trying to kill her sister. She questions how he could harm Gayatri if he truly loved her.
At home, Janki and Acharya pray fervently for Gayatri’s recovery. Meanwhile, the police arrive at the hospital and question Jagdish, asking what happened that led Gayatri to consume poison. Isha tries to explain that it was just a minor argument and nothing serious. However, the inspector remains skeptical, pointing out that most domestic violence cases involve abuse by the in-laws. Jagdish firmly states that such things might happen in other homes, but not in Ram Bhavan.
Back at home, Janki and Acharya discuss the situation. Acharya expresses his faith in the Lord but confesses his fear—if Gayatri makes a statement against Jagdish and the family, their reputation will be ruined. Janki tries to reassure him, saying that as the elder daughter-in-law of the house, Gayatri would never do such a thing.
At the hospital, Om becomes angry and begins arguing with the police, but Isha stops him, warning that the situation could escalate. Om bitterly remarks that GM Saiba (Gayatri) is suffering the consequences of her own actions. Isha urges him to stop blaming and instead pray for her recovery. She then prays for Gayatri at the hospital temple.
Later, Om asks Isha whether she thinks Jagdish will ever be able to forgive GM Saiba. Isha replies that everyone deserves a second chance. She reminds Om that even he has made mistakes in the past, and the family forgave him—so why not Gayatri, especially now that she seems to have realized her faults?
Eventually, Gayatri regains consciousness. During the police interrogation, she takes full responsibility for everything and clears the family’s name. After being discharged, she is brought back to Ram Bhavan. There, she apologizes to everyone for her actions and confesses that it was because of her that Miley ran away, and it was Dilip who had actually bought the real jewelry for Isha.
Om cuts her off, saying her list of wrongdoings is endless and he will never be able to forgive her. Jagdish also expresses his deep disappointment, saying he never imagined she could betray the family for the sake of greed. Gayatri pleads for forgiveness from everyone.
But Jagdish makes it clear—he cannot forgive her, nor can he allow her to continue living in Ram Bhavan.
