The episode begins with Om trying to reassure Isha that he never doubted her intentions—he was simply concerned for her safety. However, Isha, visibly hurt, tells him that his actions have already shown the extent of his trust. She reminds him how he questioned her in front of everyone, letting his ego override his faith in her. Om insists she’s misunderstanding him and explains that he was only worried—if anything had happened to her, he wouldn’t have been able to handle it.
Isha counters that she was with Mala, Prabha, the PA’s wife, and even the police—she was never in danger. She adds that she chose not to disturb him, knowing he was already stressed in Lucknow. Their conversation escalates into an argument, and like always, Om walks away. Hurt and disappointed, Isha decides not to speak to him again until he understands his mistake.
Meanwhile, Angad informs Om that a friend is in trouble and takes him to a bar. But when they arrive, Om finds that it’s a surprise celebration arranged by his friends to cheer him up. Though Om isn’t in the mood to party, they persuade him to stay for just one drink and join them for a little dancing.
Coincidentally, Isha’s ex, Dhruv, is also at the bar. He observes Om closely and overhears him venting to his friends. Om confesses that he’s tired—of the endless job hunt, of Isha’s loan, and of constantly being entangled in her problems. Hearing this, Dhruv misinterprets Om’s frustration, concluding that Isha is unhappy in her marriage and has ended up with someone who doesn’t value her.
However, Om later admits he needs to return home—he can’t bear seeing Isha so stressed. He rushes back, apologizes sincerely, and the couple reconciles. They make a heartfelt promise to always include each other in their decisions and to never stop communicating, no matter how difficult things get.
The next morning, Janki and Acharya come to apologize to Isha for the events of the previous night. Isha forgives them graciously, requesting only their blessings moving forward. Acharya then instructs Gayatri to apologize as well, but she stubbornly refuses, sparking another argument with Om.
Eventually, Jagdish intervenes and convinces Gayatri to offer a public apology. Though she complies in front of everyone, she leans in and whispers to Isha that this apology will come at a price.
