The doctor, after examining him, informs everyone that Acharya has suffered a minor heart attack. He prescribes medication and warns that the next 48 hours are critical. He emphasizes that Acharya must not be subjected to any stress during this period, as it could increase the risk of a stroke.
After the others leave Acharya’s room, Om stays behind. Acharya pleads with Om to save Ram Bhavan. Om reassures him, promising that nothing will happen to their home and urges him not to worry.
Meanwhile, Gayatri is on a phone call, confidently stating that Ram Bhavan is soon going to be hers. She instructs the person on the other end to prepare the stamp papers, as she believes Om will soon transfer his share to her name.
In another scene, Jagdish enters the room and starts searching through files. When Gayatri questions him, he snaps back, accusing her of not caring about him or his family.
