The episode begins with Isha trying to explain her side to Om.
She tells him that she joined his company only because of the loan she had taken from him to save Ram Bhavan. Despite trying hard to find a job elsewhere, no one was willing to hire her due to the false theft allegations against her. The only place that recognized her talent and respected her dignity was Dhruv’s office, and she had no other intention but to work and repay the debt.
Om, however, is furious. He questions how she can speak of self-respect when, in his view, she trampled his. He reminds her that the previous night, he too was at Dhruv’s office and didn’t see anyone else there, contradicting Isha’s claim that she was with colleagues. He also points out that while she said she returned home in an auto, it was actually Dhruv who dropped her off. He accuses her of lying repeatedly and demands to know how many more lies she has told him.
In a fit of rage, Om punches a mirror, injuring his hand. Isha rushes to stop him, concerned about his wound, but Om says the real pain is in his heart. He declares that anyone who crosses his path now will get hurt—including their relationship.
Devastated, Isha walks to the house temple. With tears in her eyes, she holds her hand over a burning diya and swears that God knows her only motive for working at Dhruv’s office was to save Ram Bhavan—nothing more. Om remains unmoved, saying that the trust she broke can never be repaired. Isha runs upstairs, heartbroken.
Acharya steps in and confronts Om, asking how he could accuse Isha without knowing the full truth. He tells Om that he has wronged her deeply. Janki also supports Acharya, saying Om should be ashamed of his behavior. Acharya tells Om to leave the house and only return once his anger has cooled down.
Janki then goes to comfort Isha, assuring her that both she and Acharya believe in her innocence. She tells Isha not to worry, as they stand by her side. Janki adds that this time, the fault is entirely Om’s, which is why they asked him to leave.
Later, Om is criticized by his friends and Mala Bhabhi, who urge him to set aside his ego and recognize the truth—that Isha only ever acted out of love and loyalty to him and his family.
That night, Om returns home with a heavy heart. Realizing his mistake, he sincerely apologizes to Isha. Seeing his genuine remorse, Isha forgives him. Om then makes a request: he asks her to leave Dhruv’s company and find work elsewhere, as he can’t bear the thought of her being around Dhruv.
Meanwhile, Gayatri observes everything and quietly decides to turn this situation into a bigger issue in the future.
