The episode begins with Isha trying to explain herself to Om. She tells him that she joined his company only because of the loan she took from him for Ram Bhavan. Despite trying to find work elsewhere, no one was willing to hire her due to the false theft allegations. Out of desperation, she accepted the job at Dhruv’s office—not out of choice, but to save Ram Bhavan. It was the only place where she was hired for her talent and self-respect.
Om, burning with anger, retorts bitterly. He says that standing on the ashes of his own pride, she dares to talk about self-respect. He accuses her of lying, pointing out inconsistencies in her story. She claimed she wasn’t alone at Dhruv’s office, yet he was there the previous night and saw no one else. She also said she returned home in an auto, but it was Dhruv who dropped her. Om demands to know how many more lies she has told.
In a fit of rage, Om smashes a mirror with his bare hand, injuring himself. Isha, alarmed, urges him to stop, but Om says the real wound is to his heart. He declares that anyone who comes close to him now, even in a relationship, will only get hurt.
Devastated, Isha goes before the house temple, places her hand over the diya, and swears that God knows she joined Dhruv’s office only to save Ram Bhavan—nothing else. Om, unmoved, tells her that the trust she broke cannot be repaired. Isha runs upstairs in tears.
Just then, Acharya steps in and stops Om. He rebukes him harshly for making such serious accusations without knowing the full truth. He tells Om that he’s done a great injustice to Isha. Janki supports Acharya and adds that Om should be ashamed of his behavior. Acharya demands Om leave the house immediately and only return once he has cooled down.
Upstairs, Janki consoles Isha, assuring her that both she and Acharya believe in her innocence. She tells Isha that Om was entirely at fault this time, which is why they asked him to leave.
Elsewhere, Om’s friends and Mala Bhabhi also confront him, urging him to remove the blindfold of ego and see the truth—that Isha stood by him and his family when it mattered most.
That night, Om returns home, deeply remorseful. He apologizes to Isha with sincerity, realizing the pain he caused. Touched by his genuine regret, Isha forgives him. Om then makes a heartfelt request: he asks Isha to leave Dhruv’s company and work elsewhere, confessing that he can’t bear the thought of her being near Dhruv.
