The episode begins with Nayanika telling the Police Commissioner that she saw Ena talking to the kidnapper on the road.
She reveals that she followed them and discovered an old factory where they seemed to be hiding. Nayanika also says that Ena has a personal grudge against Ishaan.
The Police Commissioner asks if it is related to a love affair.
Nayanika explains that Ena had feelings for Ishaan, but he never loved her in return. She believes Ena may be acting out of anger and revenge.
The Commissioner thanks Nayanika for making the investigation easier. He says the police need time to prepare a proper rescue operation.
Worried, Nayanika asks what if the kidnappers harm Ishaan before then.
The Commissioner asks her to stay calm and not let her emotions take over. He says a police officer will first inspect the old factory and the rescue mission will begin in the evening.
Relieved, Nayanika thanks him and leaves.
Meanwhile, Shreya complains that living with the children has become uncomfortable. She also criticizes Nayanika’s recent behaviour.
Rusha immediately questions why Shreya is speaking so harshly about Nayanika.
Indrani says she also no longer feels like staying in the house and plans to move to her brother’s home.
Jaya sarcastically remarks that everyone seems determined to throw Nayanika out of the house.
Indrani agrees with the idea.
Rudra says Neil will not receive any property from his father and claims Nayanika is likely to get a share instead.
Jaya responds that her own daughter is well settled abroad and doesn’t need the property. She says she would happily give her daughter’s share to Nayanika if required.
Indrani argues that Nayanika’s behaviour is damaging the family’s reputation.
Jaya disagrees and continues to defend Nayanika.
Rudra points out that Nayanika has not even been admitted to the hospital and is instead staying at Ishaan’s house. He believes Ujjaini will never accept that.
Shreya adds that Ujjaini may inherit the property, but Nayanika never will.
Rusha questions who gave Shreya the right to make such decisions.
Shreya firmly says she will never allow Nayanika to receive any share of the property.
Rudra supports Shreya and says Ujjaini has every right to stay there, but Nayanika does not.
Jaya asks how Ujjaini can stay without Nayanika. She reminds everyone of everything Nayanika has done for the family.
However, Indrani insists that Nayanika should not be given any share in the property. She even says she will leave the house if her husband makes the wrong decision.
Meanwhile, Nayanika returns to Ishaan’s house.
Bishu tells her he was worried and asks whether she found any clue about Ishaan.
Nayanika says she cannot reveal everything yet.
Bishu informs her that he has already told Ishaan’s mother the truth.
Nayanika then tells him about the old factory and Ena’s possible involvement.
Bishu says Ena is capable of doing anything.
Nayanika confidently says Ishaan will return home soon. She adds that the Police Commissioner may call her at any moment.
Bishu goes to make tea for her.
Left alone, Nayanika silently vows to rescue Ishaan from the kidnappers.
Later, Police Officer Shinde informs the Police Commissioner that something suspicious is happening inside the old factory.
The Commissioner instructs Shinde to stay there and keep watch, assuring him that the police team will arrive within a few minutes.
