The episode begins with Seher desperately trying to escape before Sultana catches her. She tells Mahid that she cannot find any door through which she can leave the place. Seher fears that Sultana will not hesitate to cancel her medical licence if she discovers her there.
Seher asks Mahid to help her escape. Mahid notices a small window and suggests that she climb through it. Seher wonders how she will reach the window. Mahid reminds her that he is tall enough to help her and jokingly tells her that she can use him as a ladder. He reminds her that she used to make fun of his height, but now it can actually be useful to her.
Seher hesitates to step on his shoulder, but Mahid encourages her. With his help, Seher manages to reach the window and escape. She thanks him before quickly running away.
Meanwhile, Seher notices that a nurse is extremely worried. When she asks what happened, the nurse explains that a patient has suffered a panic attack and they do not know what to do.
Seher immediately rushes to examine the patient. A doctor is already checking her and asks the nurse to call a neurologist. Seher introduces herself as a neurologist and examines the patient’s reports.
She advises the doctor to check the patient’s blood sugar level. The results confirm that the patient has extremely low blood sugar. Seher immediately gives her the necessary medicine, and the patient’s condition improves.
The doctor thanks Seher for helping the patient. Sultana and Farid witness everything from a distance.
Farid asks Sultana what she thinks about Seher’s talent. He points out that she has just proved what a capable doctor she is and asks whether Sultana can at least admit that Seher is genuinely talented.
