The episode begins with Arvind bringing Rakshit and Aparajita back to reality. Rakshit gently helps Aparajita wipe her nose. When she asks for sugar, he quickly hands it to her. Arvind smiles as he watches them together.
Just then, Mohit arrives and praises the delicious aroma. Arvind says Aparajita has prepared the prasad perfectly.
Rakshit tells Aparajita that he wants to talk to her. However, she says the priest must be waiting for the prasad and leaves with it.
Mohit jokes that Aparajita completed her first rasoi with her future husband’s help even before marriage. Arvind teasingly says he has noticed everything.
Rakshit complains that he is nervous about Aparajita’s reaction while they are busy joking. He asks them to come with him for moral support.
Meanwhile, Aparajita notices Aradhya talking privately with Vivaan. She then hands the prasad to Sudha.
Sheela questions why Aparajita prepared the prasad. Aparajita explains that Arvind accidentally burned it, so she made it herself. She apologizes for entering the kitchen.
Sudha says Aparajita did the right thing by preparing the prasad.
Everyone gathers for the puja. Aparajita notices Aradhya and Avinash arguing and steps outside. Meanwhile, Arvind places the engagement rings before God’s idol.
Aradhya asks Avinash to return her watch. Avinash insists it belongs to him because he paid for it.
Aparajita scolds them for behaving like children in someone else’s house. Aradhya walks away.
Aparajita notices the watch and remembers Rakshit talking about Vivaan’s watch. She takes the watch from Avinash, and they all return inside.
Rakshit again tells Aparajita that he wants to speak with her. She asks him to wait until after the puja.
The priest asks everyone to stand for the aarti. During the ritual, Aparajita’s saree pallu gets caught in Rakshit’s kurta. Malti notices the moment and tells Ramgopal that the two look like Lakshmi and Narayan together.
Aparajita performs the aarti for everyone.
After the prayers, Sudha hands an engagement ring to Rakshit. However, he refuses to take it, saying he needs to talk first.
Sudha jokes that she will ask his future wife for permission instead.
Just then, Ira arrives. Sudha warmly welcomes and praises her, leaving everyone shocked.
Rakshit asks Ira if she did not leave for London. Ira reveals that Sudha stopped her.
Sudha announces that she has arranged Rakshit and Ira’s engagement.
Rakshit says he needs to speak with her privately and takes Sudha inside. Ira follows them.
Aparajita wonders where they have gone.
Meanwhile, Malti prays that Rakshit and Aparajita get married soon. She also prays for Aradhya and Rohan’s wedding, as well as Avinash and Rashmi’s marriage.
Inside the room, Rakshit asks Sudha what she is doing. He also questions Ira, asking how she could agree to the engagement when she knows he loves Aparajita.
Sudha tells Rakshit that Aparajita does not love him. She says Ira truly loves him and asks him to marry the girl she has chosen.
Meanwhile, Aparajita keeps wondering how Aradhya got Vivaan’s watch. She notices Vivaan secretly signaling Aradhya and realizes something is going on between them.
Ira admits that she agreed to the engagement only for her mother’s happiness. She recalls how Sudha stopped her from leaving and asked her to marry Rakshit. She asks Rakshit to give her a chance.
Sudha calls it true love and says Ira’s love will help Rakshit forget Aparajita. She urges him to give Ira a chance.
Rakshit refuses. He says his love for Aparajita is like his very breath, and he can never get engaged to Ira.
Sudha reminds Rakshit that he gave her his word and insists that he must honor his promise by getting engaged to Ira.
