The episode begins with Dubey telling Aparajita that she must submit an official resignation letter with Rakshit’s signature to the HR department. Only then will her resignation be accepted.
Aparajita informs Malti that she has to visit the office to complete the formalities. Malti silently praises Rakshit and asks Aparajita to go.
At the office, Ira sarcastically remarks that Aparajita never gives up. Aparajita calmly replies that she has come to submit her official resignation. Ira is pleased to hear this and says it is the best decision for herself, Aparajita, and Rakshit.
Elsewhere, Aradhya tells Vivaan that his love gave her the courage to break her engagement. Vivaan promises to fight the world for their relationship and says he wants to speak to her family.
However, Aradhya asks him to wait. She fears everyone will think she left Rohan because of Vivaan. Vivaan agrees, while Aradhya feels happy that she can now settle down with a wealthy man.
Meanwhile, Rakshit tries to convince himself to stay strong but gets nervous when Aparajita arrives. Reminding himself that he is the boss, he faces her.
Aparajita hands him her resignation letter along with her pending work report. Furious, Rakshit throws the papers away and scolds her.
Ira arrives and asks Rakshit to calm down. She reminds him that the company has already suffered a ₹10 crore loss. Rakshit says no one values loyalty anymore. He tells Aparajita that if she wants to leave, he will fire her instead. Ira asks him to handle the matter calmly before walking away.
Elsewhere, Vivaan chats with Aradhya on his phone. Sudha notices him and asks if someone special has entered his life. Vivaan asks if she would approve of his choice.

Meanwhile, Ira calls Sudha and informs her that Rakshit has fired Aparajita. Sudha feels relieved, believing Rakshit has finally listened to her.
Elsewhere, Dubey offers Aparajita a glass of water and informs Rakshit about her condition. He encourages Aparajita, saying the three-month notice period will pass soon.
Aparajita says she would never have signed the contract if she had known about the notice period clause. Dubey motivates her using Rakshit’s own words.
Aparajita praises Dubey and remarks that Rakshit should learn something from him. Hearing this, Rakshit silently realizes how difficult it is to hurt Aparajita.
