The episode begins with the neighbor ladies chatting with Raksha about her marriage. Inside the room, Aparajita quietly stitches Rakshit’s torn kurta while smiling at their conversation.
Meanwhile, Urmila arrives at Aparajita’s house. Malti is surprised to see her. Urmila says she came because Malti invited her for the puja, but makes it clear that their relationship can never return to the way it was before.
Avinash takes Urmila’s blessings. Malti asks about Rashmi, and Urmila says she has gone to her aunt’s house. Earlier, however, Urmila had warned Rashmi not to visit Aparajita’s house. When Rashmi refused to stay away, Urmila locked her inside a room.
Back in the present, Malti tells Avinash not to worry, saying that next year he and Rashmi will perform the puja together as husband and wife. Urmila silently thinks that the marriage will never happen unless her conditions are accepted. She also vows that Rashmi will never live in that house as long as Aparajita is there.
Elsewhere, Sudha decides to begin the puja without Rakshit and ignores Chandrabaga. When Chandrabaga asks why she is avoiding her, Sudha reminds her that Lalit once tried to kill Rakshit.
Chandrabaga says Lalit has changed because of love and claims the same is happening with Rakshit. Sudha warns her not to compare Rakshit with Lalit. Chandrabaga insists she isn’t comparing them but blames Aparajita for everything. She advises Sudha to protect her son from Aparajita before leaving.
Meanwhile, Aparajita offers Rakshit a glass of water, but he refuses. Outside, the neighbor ladies ask Raksha to remove the veil because of the heat. When Raksha refuses, one of them tries to lift the veil.
Just then, Malti arrives and stops them. She asks everyone to step outside as the puja is about to begin. After they leave, Aparajita hands Rakshit his stitched kurta and asks him to come out after she leaves the room.
Later, Vivaan notices Rakshit and comments that his kurta looks different. He playfully teases him. Rakshit then asks Vivaan about the branded watch he had gifted him. Vivaan admits that he has lost it.
Rakshit scolds Vivaan for being careless. Aparajita steps in and asks him not to be so harsh. Rakshit questions why she is defending Vivaan, saying the watch was expensive.
Aparajita replies that he could have spent the money on something more meaningful instead of buying flashy gifts. Rakshit smiles and says his real choice is simple and beautiful. Aparajita realizes he is talking about her. She quickly changes the topic, reminding him that they are getting late for the puja.
Elsewhere, Rohan tells Aradhya that he spoke to Shilpa and asks why she lied to him. Aradhya explains that she only mentioned Shruti’s name. She reminds him that she is fasting for him, yet he still doubted her.
Feeling guilty, Rohan apologizes and promises never to suspect her again. He also reveals that he kept a fast for her. Aradhya sweetly feeds him, intentionally breaking his fast so that he cannot sit beside her during the puja.
The puja finally begins. Malti asks Rakshit to sit beside Aparajita. The neighbor ladies remark that Rakshit is receiving special treatment. Malti explains that Rakshit has helped the family a lot and also knows the puja rituals.
She then asks Rohan to sit beside Aradhya. Rohan refuses, saying his fast has already been broken. As a result, Vivaan sits beside Aradhya instead, while Rakshit quietly keeps looking at Aparajita.
