The episode begins with Arman arriving at the hostel. Inside, Rihan and Priyanshu are bickering over a towel when they are stunned to see him at the door. Arman introduces himself as the new candidate. Rihan and Priyanshu mischievously tell him that before he can enter the room, he must complete fifty pushups. Arman accepts the challenge and is about to finish when Abhira suddenly walks in.
Seeing her, Arman, Rihan, and Priyanshu freeze in shock. Rihan quickly hides behind Priyanshu. Abhira, confused, asks why everyone is shouting. Embarrassed, Arman explains that it’s because they’re half-dressed. Realizing the situation, Abhira awkwardly leaves the room. Rihan and Priyanshu laugh and declare that since Arman couldn’t complete the challenge, he must cook Maggi for them as punishment.
Meanwhile, Kajal and Vidya are stunned to learn that Arman has joined Abhira’s college. Myra cheerfully says Arman already knew this reaction was coming and teases them by talking about love. Kaveri gets irritated and scolds Vidya to turn off the TV, warning that Myra is getting spoiled.
Later, Abhira calls Vidya and asks her to hand the phone to Myra. Vidya tries to make excuses, but Abhira insists she knows Myra is there. When Myra takes the call, Abhira directly asks her about Arman’s admission. Shocked, Myra asks if Arman is with her. Abhira tells her to stop pretending and admit what she and Arman are planning, but Myra avoids the question.
At the hostel, Sapna, Dipti, and other girls try to help Arman settle in. Arman asks them to bring coffee for his roommates, surprising Abhira, who walks in and finds him surrounded by girls. As she leaves, Arman runs after her. Abhira confronts him about joining her college. Arman replies that he wants to give their relationship one more chance. Abhira reminds him that they have already tried many times before. Both argue and reason with each other until Abhira finally says they should start from the beginning.
Arman agrees, saying he’s ready for a love test — if he wins, he’ll be happy; if he loses, he’ll still be content knowing he tried. The two decide to begin afresh, accepting each other as individuals. They formally introduce themselves again, symbolizing a new beginning.
At home, Kaveri asks Myra if she spoke to Abhira. Myra replies that she talked to Arman and that he sounded happy. She then encourages everyone to start preparing for Diwali. Vidya points out that Diwali is still far away. Kajal suggests that Tanya and Krish should perform the Diwali puja this year. Vidya disagrees, saying Tanya’s low blood pressure and Krish’s constant arguments make them unsuitable. She accuses them of lacking understanding. Kajal counters that Vidya simply wants Arman and Abhira to perform the puja. Vidya insists they have the right to do it, while Kajal argues that if the older generation keeps the rituals to themselves, the younger ones will never get a chance.
The argument escalates as Vidya accuses Kajal of being biased toward her own children. Kajal fires back, saying Vidya is no different and still wishes for Arman and Abhira to reunite despite their separation. Kaveri intervenes, asking them to stop arguing in front of Myra. She tells them to focus on Karwa Chauth preparations first. Myra then curiously asks Kaveri if Kajal is right — that Arman and Abhira will never reunite.
Meanwhile, Abhira discovers that Lavanya has been stalking Arman’s social media on Dipti’s orders. Curious, Abhira checks Arman’s profile herself and begins to feel uneasy about what she finds.
