The episode begins with Mannat suspecting that Aishwarya believes Gagan is the blackmailer. Determined to stop Aishwarya from uncovering the truth, Mannat spots Shalini approaching and quickly sends her a message. Shalini then intentionally bumps into Ravinder, causing his phone to fall. While pretending to apologize, she creates a distraction, allowing Mannat to access Ravinder’s phone.
Mannat checks the device and discovers that Gagan was the one who leaked information about Aishwarya—but he did it to help her. He had been secretly supporting her all along in the Salooja mansion. Realizing this, Mannat deletes the incriminating messages to protect him. As Aishwarya arrives, Shalini distracts her. Annoyed, Aishwarya scolds them for wasting her time. Meanwhile, Mannat places the phone back discreetly. Shalini pretends to find it and hands it to Ravinder, who confirms it’s his. Aishwarya checks the phone but fails to find any evidence. She’s still unsure of who is blackmailing her.
Elsewhere, Mallika instructs the decorator that he has only 40 seconds to execute their plan. She warns him that no one should be harmed in the fire except Mannat, and it should ignite while Mannat is performing on stage. The decorator agrees. Shalini then informs Gagan that Aishwarya wants to meet him at a restaurant, which makes him suspicious.
At the restaurant, Gagan notices a phone and worries that Aishwarya may have discovered the truth. Mannat appears and asks if it’s his phone, if he sent her the message secretly, and whether he helped her find the real culprit behind the accident. Gagan, surprised, asks how she found it. Mannat explains that Aishwarya suspected him, so she deleted the messages and contact info to protect him. Gagan thanks her.
Mannat questions why he’s working against his own wife. Gagan opens up—he describes Aishwarya as manipulative. He says he knew nothing about her true nature before marriage. After he suffered business losses, she took over everything and began controlling the family. Even his daughter doesn’t believe him anymore, and he’s lost all respect in his own home. Now, he wants revenge. While Aishwarya appears noble on the outside, he says she’s actually cruel and dangerous—and he plans to use Mannat to bring her down.
Mannat asks why he chose her. Gagan replies that she was the first to stand up to Aishwarya, to break out of her comfort zone and challenge her openly. He admired her courage. Mannat says she doesn’t even know why Aishwarya hates her so much—she never had any issues with her. But Aishwarya burned down her colony and put her mother into a coma. Gagan says he doesn’t know the reason for the hatred either, only that it’s real. Mannat asks him to help her, and he agrees to join forces.
Later, during the mehndi function, Gagan tells Mannat he already sent a threatening note to Aishwarya. Laksh hands over the letter to Aishwarya, who steps away from the crowd to read it. In the note, Gagan demands ₹1 crore in exchange for a photo that could expose her. Mannat asks if that was necessary, but Gagan insists they need to act professionally and scare Aishwarya into making a mistake.
Mallika then calls Mannat over to apply mehndi, which Neetu doesn’t like. As Mannat joins them, Aishwarya accidentally applies mehndi to her hand. Embarrassed, Aishwarya quickly excuses herself. Gagan secretly follows her. Meanwhile, Mannat gets ready to perform on stage, unaware that Mallika has planned for her to die in the fire today.
