The episode begins with the doctor and nurse questioning Jhanak about her name and address. Jhanak responds that she was abducted by a goon and doesn’t remember much else. When the doctor asks her to share her address, Jhanak simply says she is from Kolkata. The doctor remarks that she speaks like a village girl. Jhanak explains that her father lives in Kolkata, but when asked for his name, she says she doesn’t know it because he never accepted her. The doctor appears confused by her statements.
The doctor then meets Rishi and tells him that further tests are required. Rishi agrees and tells her to proceed with whatever is needed. Curious, the doctor asks about Rishi’s relationship with Jhanak. He replies that she is a relative. The doctor informs him that Jhanak claimed she was kidnapped by a goon. Rishi asks if he looks like one and shows his ID card, stating that he is a police officer and that Jhanak is speaking nonsense. The doctor tells him to wait for the test results and leaves.
Meanwhile, the nurse talks to Jhanak about the tests. Jhanak asks where Rishi is, and the nurse jokingly says if he’s gone, they should file a complaint against him. At this, Jhanak admits she lied. The nurse asks about Rishi’s relation to her. Jhanak says she’s going to work at Rishi’s house. The nurse observes that Jhanak talks a lot and concludes she seems fine. Jhanak agrees and says she doesn’t need any tests, but the nurse insists and escorts her to another room.
Jhanak admires the room, calling it beautiful. Just then, Rishi enters, and the nurse exits. He asks if she’s feeling better. Jhanak questions if he isn’t happy to see her well. Rishi scolds her for claiming he was a goon and demands an explanation. He says he’s already suffered because of her and now she’s causing more trouble. Jhanak pleads with him not to shout and promises to remain quiet from now on. She becomes nervous about the tests and begs Rishi to take her away, saying she doesn’t want to go through them. But Rishi insists she must follow the doctor’s instructions.
Elsewhere, Dhamu tells Veer and Mangal that he forgot to take Rishi’s phone number. Veer wonders what they should do now. They worry about how to face Parashar and express concern for Jhanak’s safety. At home, Kanka asks if Nutan isn’t cooking today. Sakhi tells her to leave. Soon, Dhamu, Veer, and Mangal return. Nutan inquires whether Jhanak reached Rishi’s house safely. Mangal explains that Dhamu forgot to get Rishi’s contact number. Nutan is shocked. Sakhi asks them to explain properly.
Nutan breaks down and says everything is ruined, and she may never see Jhanak again. Rani tries to console her, but Kanka ominously remarks that perhaps Jhanak won’t be seen alive again. Noticing that a lamp has gone out, she calls it a bad omen and declares Jhanak a curse on their village. Nutan angrily tells Kanka to stop. Rani suggests informing Parashar. Nutan becomes anxious and reminds everyone that Rishi is a police officer from Kolkata. Dhamu, Veer, and Mangal leave to try and find Rishi’s address. Meanwhile, Sakhi and Rani try to comfort Nutan.
On another front, Aditi calls Rishi and asks why he hasn’t been answering her calls. He says he was in Simulbuni and had poor network. She asks where he is now. Rishi remembers his marriage with Jhanak but tells Aditi not to worry, promising he’ll be with her soon. Aditi expresses concern that distance has grown between them. Rishi reassures her that nothing can come between their love and says he has full faith in it. She says she loves him, and Rishi replies that he loves her too.
Meanwhile, Pralay confronts Jeet, saying he wasn’t aware Jeet took Pihu to the farmhouse. Jeet lies, saying he mentioned it to Pihu, and she wanted to visit. He adds that Ishani showed up and caused a scene. Pralay reminds him that Jeet’s children haven’t accepted Ishani yet. Jeet continues his lie, saying he and Ishani were in love and tried to get married at a temple, but her family stopped them. Pralay says Ishani betrayed him and can’t stay in his house. He decides to speak to her. Jeet then hands him a file, claiming it contains everything about the past, and expresses sympathy for Pralay’s heartbreak.
