The episode opens with Lakshmi frantically trying to escape from the asylum. Meanwhile, Sanjana manages to free herself from the storeroom and meets Karthik. She reveals that Lakshmi attacked her and insists she wants her daughter back. Karthik begins to piece things together and suspects the woman might actually be Antara. He instructs Sanjana to make sure Jia and Antara stay away from each other until he returns.
At the hospital, Lakshmi cleverly outwits the nurses and makes an escape attempt. She disguises herself as a nurse, prompting a frantic search by the hospital staff.
Elsewhere, Karthik dons his sherwani. When Antara approaches him, he says, “Lakshmi, let’s escape from here.” Antara reacts by pushing him away. When Karthik mentions that Veda is with him, she questions if he has her daughter. His suspicions are confirmed.
Karthik and Raghuveer then restrain Antara by tying her to a chair and gagging her. Raghuveer confronts her, asking why she trusted Jia and reminds her they never intended to separate her from Veda—they were only waiting for her recovery. Karthik insists they must rescue Lakshmi from the asylum.
At that moment, Jia arrives calling for Karthik. Quickly, Raghuveer hides with Antara. Jia questions why Karthik isn’t ready yet. He lies, saying he was stepping out to get her a gift. As she begins to open the window, Karthik quickly stops her to avoid revealing Raghuveer and Antara’s presence. He sends Jia away and locks the room.
Karthik tells Raghuveer that Jia is watching him closely, and he cannot leave without raising suspicion. Raghuveer agrees to go to the hospital instead, taking Antara along. But as they arrive, guards recognize Antara and recapture her. Raghuveer pleads with them not to harm his wife and worries about Lakshmi’s whereabouts.
Meanwhile, disguised as a delivery staff, Lakshmi arrives at Karthik’s house to deliver a parcel. Karthik tells Jia it’s a special gift he ordered. Still in disguise, Lakshmi gets Jia to sign the delivery documents. Once the power is restored, Karthik asks Jia to get ready and then heads upstairs to meet Lakshmi.
Lakshmi reveals that Jia unknowingly signed important legal documents and tells Karthik she coordinated the plan with Raghuveer on the way. Just then, Umesh arrives, questioning Lakshmi about her message. She urges him to come with her. Karthik assures her that he will stop the wedding.
Meanwhile, the wedding rituals between Jia and Karthik begin. Karthik tries to stall the ceremony, but his efforts fail. Around the same time, the lawyer informs Umesh that the property has been legally transferred back to him. Umesh thanks Lakshmi for saving it from Jia’s clutches. They rush to the wedding venue to stop the marriage. Lakshmi tries to call Karthik, but the call doesn’t go through.
