The episode begins with Kailash firmly telling Pari that he will never accept her as his daughter-in-law. He declares that Kanika and Arohi are the only daughters-in-law of his family. He scolds Pari, accusing her of repeatedly trying to harm his family members. He adds that the women of the house will decide her punishment, and he will not interfere.
Anuradha confronts Pari, demanding to know how she could poison Abhishek and pointing out that it was Arohi who saved his life. She accuses Pari of doing anything just to stay in the house and claims there is no telling what Pari has hidden in her room. She instructs Kanika to bring all of Pari’s belongings and burn them in front of everyone.
Abhishek says they managed to catch Pari red-handed, but her father is nowhere to be found. He suspects Pari’s father is planning something. At that moment, Pari’s father appears with a knife held to Arohi’s neck. Abhishek angrily warns him to drop the knife or he will kill him, vowing not to spare him or Pari if Arohi is harmed.
Pari’s father argues that everyone else has been forgiven for their mistakes, yet no one is willing to forgive his daughter. He accuses the family of wanting to get rid of Pari and insists that, no matter what happens, Pari will marry Abhishek today. Kailash reminds him that he was the one who betrayed their family and should not punish Kailash’s children for it.
Pari’s father then brings up Kailash’s broken promise—how he took their land after assuring that Pari would become his daughter-in-law. He describes how Pari faced humiliation in their village when Abhishek never came to marry her and how she cried day and night. He refuses to let her suffer again.
Kailash offers to return the land and the money as compensation and pleads with him not to hurt his children. But Pari’s father rejects the offer, demanding that Abhishek marry Pari. Abhishek refuses, saying he does not love her and cannot be forced into marriage. Pari’s father threatens to kill Arohi unless Abhishek marries Pari, demanding justice for the tears his daughter shed. Anuradha claims that they have already suffered enough and that things are now even.
Pari lights the sacred fire and ties the gathbandhan. Arohi begs Abhishek not to go through with it, but under pressure, he begins taking the pheras with Pari. Suddenly, Sarojini strikes Pari’s father from behind.
Sarojini scolds him for endangering her family and orders Nikhil to restrain Pari and take both Pari and her father to jail so the police can deal with them. Kailash thanks Sarojini, and she apologizes to him. She admits that she was unable to overcome the pain of losing her unborn child and, because of that grief, tried to separate Arohi and Abhishek. She apologizes again and says it is time for a fresh start. She encourages Kailash and Arohi to complete the wedding rituals properly. Abhishek and Arohi take the pheras and receive blessings from the elders.
Sarojini then announces her decision to leave for Haridwar to dedicate herself to service, hoping to free herself from her sins. She asks Devika to take care of the family and advises Arohi to finish her studies.
The next morning, Kailash removes the wooden barrier that prevented the women of the house from crossing a certain line. He admits that he had been wrong for silencing the women and declares that, from now on, men and women will be equals in his home. He embraces his wife. Abhishek teasingly says that his wife should follow her mother-in-law’s example and hug her husband. Arohi laughs and embraces him.
