The episode begins with Karan confessing to his mother that he had planned to reveal the truth about Rio once she recovered. However, since she never fully recovered, he was forced to continue living with the secret. Breaking down in tears, Karan expresses his deep guilt, saying he never understood how he could have told Nandini that he was raising Ansh’s child. He believes it was destiny that brought Rio into his life. Drawing a comparison, Karan says that just as Tulsi raised him despite him being an illegitimate child, he is now doing the same for Rio.
Tulsi becomes overwhelmed with emotion and apologizes to Karan for ever doubting him. However, Karan consoles her and insists that she did nothing wrong. Tulsi continues crying and asks for his forgiveness, after which Karan gently takes her back home.
Meanwhile, Rio and Niyati share a light-hearted moment together. Rio lovingly reassures his mother that now that he has returned, he will not allow her to face any difficulties. When Rio learns that Karan is planning to return to India, he decides to do the same so that they can remain together.
Back at the Virani house, everyone becomes worried as Tulsi arrives late. When she finally reaches home, she makes an excuse that their car broke down on the way. However, Mihir senses that something is not right and urges her to tell him the truth. Tulsi then takes Mihir aside and reveals a shocking secret — that Ansh had another son besides Eklavya, and that son is Rio.
As Tulsi shares this revelation, Mihir advises her not to disclose the truth to the rest of the family immediately. However, Tulsi insists that the truth cannot remain hidden forever and that Rio deserves his rightful place and share in the Virani family. Karan overhears their conversation and pleads with Tulsi not to reveal the secret, explaining how difficult it has been for him to keep it hidden all these years. Despite his concerns, Tulsi convinces both Mihir and Karan that the truth will eventually come out, and it would be better if they reveal it to Nandini themselves. After much hesitation, Karan finally agrees and decides that he will tell Nandini the truth after returning from Niyati’s house the next morning.
The following day, when Karan visits Niyati’s house, he is left shocked to discover that Rio has decided to move back to India.
