The episode begins with Dr. Srishti speaking to the security guard about the malfunctioning lift and asking what the issue is. The guard replies that the lift is like the monsoon weather—it keeps throwing tantrums every now and then. Srishti instructs him to keep the area secured to prevent any accidents and reminds him to be careful as well.
Meanwhile, Kaki asks Dr. Dev to take care of W and Gehna. She says that although they are a married couple, they are afraid of living together. Dev responds that every relationship has its own destiny and that no one can change it. However, Kaki insists that marriage is different because it is a bond meant to last seven lifetimes. She then thanks him for everything he has done for her.
At the hospital, Srishti notices a banner for a blood donation camp and goes to check on the arrangements. She praises the initiative but wonders how she, as the CEO, was unaware of it. The staff encourage her to donate blood so that it does not seem unusual to others. Dr. Dev also arrives to donate blood. Seeing him brings back memories of his past with Dr. Vaani, and an underlying tension fills the room when Vaani and Dev interact.
When W and Gehna reach home, he asks her to wait outside while he brings an aarti thali for her griha pravesh. Gehna points out that such rituals are performed for a wife, and since he does not acknowledge her as his wife, she does not understand why he is doing it. W explains that he follows everything his grandmother says, so he must perform the ritual. After completing it, he welcomes her inside. Gehna then begins cleaning his room, which is in a very messy state.
Later, Dev offers Srishti some refreshments, warning her that her blood pressure might drop otherwise. Srishti reacts angrily, accusing him of organizing the blood donation camp specifically to obtain her blood. Dev responds by saying that he has no intention of repeating the mistakes he made over the past eight years and only wants to take care of her now. Srishti reminds him that during those eight years, both of them had other people in their lives who cared for them, and those memories cannot simply be erased. As she stands up, the table suddenly collapses, causing the crockery to shatter.
Dev rushes to check if she is hurt and asks where she has been injured, but Srishti insists that she feels nothing and heads to the washroom. While washing her face, she notices that her reflection appears strange and unnaturally still. Alarmed, she panics. Just then, Dr. Vaani enters, and Srishti quickly makes an excuse and leaves. Dev, too, finds Srishti’s behavior unusual.
Back in her cabin, Srishti starts sneezing uncontrollably before eventually falling into a deep sleep. Much later, she wakes up and begins walking through the hospital corridor. At the same time, the hospital dog, OTP, notices her from a distance and starts barking. Unaware of her surroundings, Srishti walks toward the damaged lift. Sensing that something is wrong, Dev unleashes OTP and runs after him. Srishti reaches the lift, removes the yellow caution tape, and attempts to step inside.
The episode ends on this suspenseful note.
