The episode begins with Shivprasad questioning Sheetal about the phone call she has just received. Sheetal quickly lies, saying she was speaking to a distant relative regarding wedding preparations. However, Shivprasad tells her that he clearly heard her mention Vicky Sharma’s name.
Thinking on her feet, Sheetal changes her story and claims that Shalini is getting engaged to Vicky Sharma and that the ring ceremony has already been announced. Shivprasad refuses to believe her, insisting that such a thing is impossible. Sheetal, however, maintains that the engagement will definitely take place and reminds him that it is scheduled before the next court hearing.
The shocking revelation leaves Shivprasad deep in thought.
Later, Sheetal shows him an engagement ring and tells him that he will soon place it on her finger. Shivprasad ignores her words, while Sheetal silently believes that one day he will belong to her.
Meanwhile, Vicky Sharma arrives at the Dixit house and boldly introduces himself to Deepali as Shalini’s lover.
Deepali immediately loses her temper and orders him to leave.
Namrata takes advantage of the situation and begins insulting Shalini’s character. She accuses Deepali of failing as a mother and claims that Shalini murdered her husband and is now having an affair with Vicky Sharma. She even compares the situation, saying that if her own daughter Aradhya had done something like this, she would never have forgiven her.
Deepali firmly defends Shalini and questions Vicky about why he has come to their house.
Boomika asks him what he hopes to achieve by creating such chaos.
Vicky shamelessly claims that he truly loves Shalini and announces that he has come to personally invite the family to their engagement ceremony.
Deepali refuses to believe him, calling the entire story impossible.
Vicky confidently repeats that Shalini loves him and insists that the ring ceremony will take place as planned.
Aayushi also joins in to insult Shalini, but Malhar immediately steps forward to defend her.
Vicky continues weaving lies, claiming that Shalini never told him she was married. He says she never wore a mangalsutra or applied sindoor when they met, hid the fact that she had two children, and even spent time with him in Manali after proposing to him first. He further claims that he comes from a respectable family and was trapped by Shalini’s deception.
Deepali questions his intentions, asking that if he already knew she was married, why he still wants to marry her.
Vicky insists that his love for Shalini is genuine.
Malhar turns to Deepali and questions how Shalini could have brought such disgrace upon the family.
Deepali firmly rejects all accusations, stating that her daughter has always loved Shivprasad wholeheartedly and could never betray him.
Vicky immediately contradicts her, again insisting that Shalini loves only him.
Unable to tolerate the lies any longer, Nandini steps in. She accuses Vicky of staging a cheap drama and warns him that although he has started this game, she will end it in the courtroom.
Just then, Manish intervenes and calmly asks Vicky why he has come to the house.
When Vicky repeats that he has come to invite them to the engagement ceremony, Manish surprisingly encourages the family to attend, saying they should witness the drama with their own eyes.
Later, Manish calls Shalini to confirm the engagement. Deepali explains everything that has happened.
Shalini immediately denies all allegations and firmly states that she will never attend any such ring ceremony.
Suddenly, Vicky snatches the phone and once again declares his love for Shalini. Disgusted, Shalini disconnects the call.
Malhar orders Omkar to throw Vicky out of the house.
However, Vicky threatens Omkar, warning him that he will break his hand if anyone dares to touch him.
Deepali is left devastated as she looks at the fake engagement invitation.
Meanwhile, Kabir calls Vicky to ask whether everything went according to plan. Vicky confirms that the family has received the invitation but admits that Shalini has refused to attend the ceremony.
Kabir smiles confidently and assures him that Shalini will definitely show up at the engagement venue.
