The episode begins with Sheetal telling Shivprasad that he had promised to marry her and had even given her a consignment. Shivprasad responds that he is not denying it, but insists that nothing has been proven against Shalini yet and she has not been sent to jail. Sheetal firmly claims that Shalini is a murderer and asks if Raju had informed him about it. Shivprasad replies that he could not gather any such information from Raju, as they arrived on time. He then realizes he never mentioned Raju’s name to Sheetal and questions how she knows it. When he asks her, Sheetal quickly lies that he had told her earlier. Though Shivprasad is doubtful, she manages to make him believe her words.
Shivprasad becomes emotional, thinking about his children and how they are living like orphans without anyone to care for them. He recalls going to Mumbai to pay their school fees and returning back. Meanwhile, Sheetal shows him a wedding card and asks him to read it. Shivprasad is shocked to see that it is the wedding invitation of Vicky Sharma and Shalini, scheduled for the same day. Sheetal then demands that he give her Shalini’s wedding dress, saying she wants to wear the same one for her own wedding. Shivprasad refuses, saying the dress belongs to Shalini and he will not allow anyone else to wear it. Sheetal argues that Vicky Sharma is wealthy and can buy her another dress, adding that Shalini killed her husband for her love affair. Enraged, Shivprasad slaps Sheetal.
Sheetal accuses Shivprasad of slapping her because of Shalini and continues to insult Shalini, calling her characterless and claiming she had an affair with Vicky Sharma. Shivprasad shouts at her to stop immediately and declares that he will not tolerate anyone speaking ill of his wife. Despite this, Sheetal continues trying to provoke him further.
At the same time, Shalini prays to God, devastated that people are questioning her character despite her innocence. She says she has done no crime and cannot even think of dying peacefully as she has two children to protect. She pleads with God to show her a miracle. Just then, Shivprasad calls her and introduces himself as a well-wisher, congratulating her on her wedding. Confused, Shalini cannot understand what he is talking about.
Shivprasad tells her that he has received her wedding invitation and that she is going to marry Vicky Sharma, even claiming she killed her husband for him. Shalini angrily denies everything, shouting that she will not marry anyone and calling herself pure like the holy Ganga. At that moment, Vicky arrives. Shivprasad assumes he is Shalini’s lover and abruptly disconnects the call. Sheetal continues pretending to comfort Shivprasad while actually manipulating him further into believing that Shalini is indeed marrying Vicky. Shivprasad is left heartbroken.
Meanwhile, Shalini confronts Vicky and questions him about when she ever went to Manali with him. She says she does not even know him and asks why he is creating such a false love story. Vicky confesses his love for her and reveals that he has an important truth—she is being targeted. He explains that the real plan was to kill Shalini in an accident, but instead Chintu became the victim.
Shalini asks Vicky who is behind all this. He reveals the names of Karan Kulkarni and Manish. Shalini feels dizzy but gathers herself and resolves to fight back.
Elsewhere, Manish and Omkar manipulate Malhar against Shalini, pressuring Nandini to withdraw the case. Nandini defends Shalini, while Namrata continues to speak badly about her character. Shalini arrives there and declares that Manish is the worst person in the house.
