The episode begins with Ishaan bringing Nayanika out of the room. Nayanika is stunned to see Ujjaini waiting outside. Ujjaini asks what she is doing there. Nayanika explains that she had come to meet Ishaan, felt dizzy, and ended up falling asleep. Ujjaini then tells Ishaan that she had come to apologize to him.
Ishaan asks Shisho to come to Mumbai. However, Ujjaini says she has not yet decided where Nayanika should undergo treatment. Ishaan believes the decision should be Nayanika’s. Ujjaini reminds him that unlike him, Nayanika is not alone in life. She has a daughter and a family to think about. Nayanika says she will make the final decision herself. Before leaving with Ujjaini and Shisho, she asks Ishaan to take care of himself.
The next day, Indrani asks Nayanika to accompany the family to Neil’s house since they are all related. Nayanika says she will join them later because she cannot take leave from work. Shreya points out that she could have taken two days off, but Nayanika replies that she will attend Rohan’s birthday party because he personally invited her. Even if she had leave, she says she would not visit Neil’s house early in the morning.
Ujjaini questions whether they really expect Nayanika to go to her ex-husband’s house early just to help prepare for his son’s birthday celebration.
Mini asks Ujjaini when she plans to return. Ujjaini says she has not made up her mind yet. Indrani reminds her that Rohan is her brother, while Shreya adds that he loves her dearly. Ujjaini, however, points out that no one seems concerned about Nayanika’s treatment.
Indrani says Nayanika never listens to anyone’s advice anymore and now has plenty of people guiding her. She also mentions that Neil genuinely wants to help, but Nayanika refuses to accept it. When Shreya asks where she will receive treatment, Nayanika says she has a doctor’s appointment that day and has not made a final decision yet.
Meanwhile, Rohan discusses Nayanika’s illness with Angana. Angana asks him not to worry, saying it is not a serious condition. She also says Neil was willing to help Nayanika, but she turned him down. Rohan questions why Nayanika should accept Neil’s help and asks whether Angana would have done the same if she were in Nayanika’s place. Angana tells him not to interfere in the elders’ matters. Rohan simply asks her to take good care of Nayanika.
At the hospital, Nayanika meets Dr. Shikha and senior doctor Subhash to discuss her treatment. After leaving the cabin, she notices Neil walking inside. Neil tells Subhash that he wants to be involved in Nayanika’s treatment since he is a specialist in the department. Subhash teasingly asks when Nayanika became so special to him. He also reveals that he has already advised Nayanika to continue her treatment in Mumbai.
Elsewhere at the college, Shisho asks Ujjaini if she felt hurt by what happened the previous day. Ujjaini admits that she never expected to see Nayanika sleeping in Ishaan’s bedroom. Shisho urges her to understand Nayanika’s situation and says Ishaan has been taking good care of her. Although Ujjaini is surprised to hear that, she firmly says she will never accept any relationship between Ishaan and Nayanika beyond friendship.
