The episode begins with Myra cheering for Kaveri, while Madhav supports Manoj. Kaveri and Manoj challenge each other to a plank competition. Manisha encourages Manoj to win, but when he asks her to try planks, she quickly makes an excuse.
Meanwhile, Myra continues cheering for Kaveri. Mukti recalls Vidya saying that blood is thicker than water. She offers Myra a chocolate, but Myra refuses to accept it. She says Mukti should not pretend if she still hasn’t forgiven her. Mukti reminds Myra that she had no maturity when she checked her thesis.
Manoj loses the plank challenge. Kaveri then invites him to do squats, but Manoj walks away.
Elsewhere, Abhira manages the office while also taking care of Myra and Mukti. Arman worries that she has been juggling everything without even eating. At the same time, Madhav and Manoj complain to Vidya for treating Myra and Mukti differently.
Vidya regrets believing that Myra was less capable than Mukti. She admits she compared the girls and unintentionally influenced Myra. Manisha says Vidya should have handled the situation better. Vidya feels guilty for creating the comparison.
Abhira helps Myra and Mukti with their thesis. She asks Arman to message her if he needs anything at the office.
Soon, Disha rushes to Abhira. Meanwhile, Myra and Mukti tell Arman that Abhira has been busy since morning and hasn’t eaten.
Disha reveals that she threw away the saffron milk prepared by Manisha. She says Manisha saw her pouring it into the sink and walked away upset.
Myra and Mukti start arguing again. Mukti accuses Myra of checking her thesis. Myra says she already apologized several times and genuinely feels guilty. Arman steps in and asks them to stop fighting. He then asks where Abhira is. Mukti tells him that Abhira is busy handling another issue.
Manisha tells everyone that Disha threw away the saffron milk. Disha explains that she cannot digest ghee and saffron. Manisha says she only wanted what was best for the baby. Kajal supports her, and both worry about the baby’s complexion.
Abhira interrupts the discussion and asks everyone to join her for shopping at the mall. Disha refuses at first, but Abhira insists she come along.
Meanwhile, Arman decides to cook for Abhira. He finds Myra and Mukti fighting once again. Frustrated, he asks Myra to quit the scholarship. He says the constant fights are putting Abhira under stress, and he cannot watch her suffer anymore. Myra is left shocked.
At the mall, Abhira makes Manisha and Kajal realize how regressive their thinking is. She tells them that fair skin does not define beauty or goodness. Instead of worrying about the baby’s complexion, they should focus on taking proper care of Disha.
Abhira gives both of them a reality check. Manisha and Kajal realize their mistake and regret pressuring Disha with their outdated beliefs.
Later, Arman and Abhira decide to check on Myra and Mukti. The girls pretend they have patched things up, but Arman and Abhira quickly realize they are only acting. Abhira is left deeply disappointed.
