The episode begins with Nayanika reaching the hospital and finding Ishaan unconscious. She recalls how harshly she spoke to him and accused him earlier.
The doctor tells Nayanika that Ishaan is bleeding heavily and may need ear surgery. Nayanika examines him and immediately decides that the surgery should be performed without delay.
Bishu reaches the hospital and asks about Ishaan’s condition. The receptionist informs him that Ishaan needs ear surgery and assures him that he is in safe hands.
Nayanika completes Ishaan’s medical formalities and enters the surgery room. The doctor confirms Ishaan’s name and asks about his family. Ishaan, while unconscious, murmurs that his wife is Dr. Nayanika.
The doctor is shocked and looks towards Nayanika. Without wasting any time, Nayanika begins the surgery.
After the surgery, the doctor asks Nayanika whether Ishaan was telling the truth about their relationship. She says she has already heard the rumours but is not responsible for them.
Nayanika asks the doctor to focus on Ishaan as the surgery has been completed. She says she will leave once Ishaan regains consciousness. The doctor apologises to her.
Nayanika later informs Bishu that Ishaan’s surgery was successful. However, Bishu blames her for the entire situation.
He asks why Nayanika came to meet Ishaan so late at night. He explains that Ishaan followed her only to make sure she reached home safely, which eventually led to his accident.
Bishu says he wants to take Ishaan away from the hospital. Nayanika refuses, saying Ishaan is not fit to travel.
Bishu then says he will at least shift Ishaan to another hospital because he does not want him around Nayanika. Nayanika firmly reminds him that she is Ishaan’s doctor and will not abandon her responsibility.
She makes it clear that Ishaan cannot leave until he is medically discharged.
Bishu warns Nayanika that he can do anything to take Ishaan away. He also informs her that he has already told Maria about the accident.
He further warns Nayanika not to meet Ishaan again, saying he does not even want her shadow near him.
Nayanika tells Bishu that he is angry and needs to calm down. Bishu argues that Ishaan did not deserve to be insulted the way he was.
Nayanika insists that everything she did was for Ishaan’s well-being and that her intentions were never wrong.
Bishu taunts her, saying that Ishaan loved her, but she never had the same feelings for him. Nayanika chooses not to argue and leaves.
Meanwhile, Ishaan regains consciousness and immediately takes Nayanika’s name. He learns that Nayanika performed his surgery.
Sunidhi informs Nayanika that Ishaan wants to meet her.
Meanwhile, Maria arrives at the hospital. Bishu tells her everything that has happened. Maria wants to meet Ishaan, but Bishu says the hospital has not allowed him to meet Ishaan yet.
Maria becomes emotional and says she cannot stay away from Ishaan. Bishu suggests shifting him to another hospital.
Maria blames Nayanika and says that Ishaan chose the wrong woman.
Nayanika finally enters Ishaan’s room and assures him that he will recover soon. Ishaan tells her that he is not afraid.
He then asks Nayanika what wrong he did. Nayanika tells him that neither of them did anything wrong, but she knows that someone like him will never come into her life again.
She tells Ishaan that they must accept that they cannot be together. Nayanika finally reveals that she deliberately insulted him because she wanted him to forget her.
