The episode begins with Namrata confronting Shalini for disrespecting her husband. She reminds Shalini that Manish had requested her to withdraw the case, but Shalini remains firm in her decision. Shalini makes it clear that she no longer considers Manish her relative and refuses to accept any help from the family.
Malhar tries to make Shalini understand that they are still a family and should stop fighting. However, Shalini refuses to compromise. She reminds everyone that Chintu is fighting for his life and that Karan Kulkarni has already threatened to kill him. She also recalls how Kabir frightened her by pretending that Pihu had been poisoned. Shalini says they have no idea how much pain a mother experiences when her child’s life is in danger.
Shalini asks everyone to leave and says she will handle the situation herself. She vows to deal with Karan Kulkarni while Shivprasad will teach Kabir a lesson. When she is about to reveal something about Aaradhya, her mother interrupts and assures her that nothing will happen to her daughter.
Shalini accuses Namrata of showing her true colours. Aayushi tries to stop the argument and asks everyone to return home. Prachi then questions Shalini about selling her nuptial chain. She reminds Shalini that she always considered it a symbol of her marriage. Shalini angrily tells her not to worry because God will protect her husband and their family.
Soon, Maya and Sourabh arrive at the hospital and reveal that they have come to protect Chintu. Manish is shocked to learn that Shivprasad has managed to arrange special branch security for Chintu. He questions how an ordinary insurance agent could arrange such protection.
Maya refuses to tolerate their interference and orders them to leave. Sourabh also makes it clear that visiting hours are over. Shalini supports the officers and asks everyone to cooperate. When Boomika says that her daughter is frightened, Shalini consoles her.
Kabir then shows his attitude towards Shalini. Sourabh immediately takes action and locks him up. He even points a gun at Kabir and threatens to arrest him as a criminal. Manish demands that Kabir be released, but Sourabh gives him a fitting response and refuses to back down.
Malhar remains suspicious about the entire situation. He cannot understand how Shivprasad managed to arrange special branch officers when he is supposedly only an insurance agent. He begins to suspect that Shivprasad is hiding his real identity.
Maya tells Shalini to concentrate on Chintu while they keep an eye on Dixit and Karan Kulkarni. She then sends the Dixit family away. Meanwhile, Manish becomes increasingly suspicious and orders his staff to investigate Shivprasad’s background.
Elsewhere, Shivprasad tells Aaradhya that he is going to sell the jewellery to arrange money for Chintu’s treatment. Aaradhya asks him to stop pretending and simply settle the hospital bill. Shivprasad responds bitterly, saying that everything happening in front of her is merely a drama to him. He accuses her entire family of being criminals and promises that he will not spare anyone.
When Aaradhya questions his identity and wonders how he can speak so confidently inside a special branch office, Shivprasad receives information that Karan Kulkarni’s driver has been arrested. He immediately threatens the man with a gun and reveals that he knows Sheetal’s location.
Shivprasad then calls Balram and gives him the information. Aaradhya once again demands to know who he really is. Finally, Shivprasad reveals his true identity.
Aaradhya is left completely stunned when she discovers that Shivprasad is actually Parshuram.
